As some of you know, the Third World Open University (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Third_World_Open_University) was established by the Matebian Declaration (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Developing_Nations_Summit#Matebian_Declaration). But there has never really, to my knowledge, been any follow-up on that.

I was thinking perhaps we could build on this idea, and even roleplay students attending the University, seeing how it works. Would anyone be interested?

I'll wait and see if anyone else is interested. In any case, we can always start something anyway and see if others join in.

In the meantime, the Matebian Declaration is still open for signatories, so if you're a Third World nation you can sign it and open a campus of the TWOU on your territory too.

Well not a third world nation, but still happy to do it. I can do it from both an objective and subjective RP. My gov. Can provide funding to the school, and of course I will happiley be a character

If you're not a Third World nation, you can't really sign the Declaration or establish a campus of the university, unfortunately... but you can always RP a student from your nation attending the Uni for some reason.

All right, here's what I suggest. If you want, you can roleplay a student from Kanami attending the Ariddian campus of the Third World University, for whatever reason. Unless you've got another idea? In any case, I can start an IC thread when you let me know.
