Dear Sir or Madam,

I write to you on behalf of the Ministry of Internal Correspondance, with regards to the current interweb backbone we have in place. Perhaps if I file with you the following attached document, you might gain a much more clear understanding of what we will be expecting over the coming months, and years. [Attachment: 0001a] As you can see, as the situation permits us to do so in the near future it may become quite nessasary to improve said backbones into a much more centralized system. If you are aware of the national reformation and business conference headed by Lord Indigo Blue himself, I am more than certain that said time limitations have been documented and outlined; furthermore in comparison to the actual limitations of our current system, as defined by the following attachment. [Attachment: 0002a].

Thus I am in effect writing to you to gain some further form of familiar understanding of the costs and expectations of a much needed upgrade to the current system of Data. Whilst I know it will be expensive, and whilst it might even be too large a project for the Kyzlton Technology Center alone, could you please essentially work over a general estimation for cost and summary. Thankyou.

With Regards,

<TTY.K> Hey hey, have you recieved those documents I sent to you?
<PeterJSmith> Aye. Been pouring over them for the past few hours.
<PeterJSmith> A lot of information, a lot to consider.
<TTY.K> Agreed. What are your thoughts on salvaging the current system and making said adjustments?
<PeterJSmith> Give it up, start afresh. For what the Gov. are intending, systems like the ones we use today will be ineffective, slow, et cetera.
*TTY.K suggests that we give S.H.O.D.A.N. a buzz then?
<PeterJSmith> It might be something for us to consider. She has far much more processing power than we have amongst our network alone--thats how out of date we are. Too many channels, too many processes to cover, consider.
<TTY.K> Alright, I'll contact John and see what he thinks. We'll certainly need a hand in this one; whether or not they'll be willing to is another matter.
<PeterJSmith> Im sure things'll work out just fine. Do what you can, there's just too much for the human mind to consider.
