Greetings Fellow World Leaders,
I am the World Controller Sarah Gardner of the United Global Emirates of One World Nation, the birthplace of the Posthuman Revolution. Posthumans are the next step in human evolution, combining cybernetics and genetic manipulation we use both machine and organic to attain the perfect society that all races and beings have desired since the dawn of awareness. The One World Nation wishes to spead the glory of Upgrade (the term used for turning a human into a Posthuman) to all willing peoples.
The One World Nation wishes to establish diplomatic relations with the nations of the world so that we may live in harmony with the unevolved humans (at least until they Upgrade). Trade might be established (that is if the Office of Economic Development feels it is needed) between the nations of the world and OWN (One World Nation).
