Reese Haru- "I am standing just outside of the Rubicon Pale Senate House, where the Senate meets to decide who shall become the next Emperor or Empress of Khallayne, as you can see it is not very busy but that will soon change."
"The Empress has announced that the Senate will no longer be a hereditary office but based on elections to be held every four years, also the Senate will no longer just decide who will be the next to sit on the Golden Diamond Throne but will also send to the Empress proposals for Imperial Laws."
