Well in short, the intire idea behind this RP is the resurgency of orgnized crime in Largent's capital. This is intended to be a character based RP in which other players can be anything from macho mobsters to members of Largentian police, to diplomats visiting the city upon hearing of the crime. Basically you can play any part that isn't totally outrageous (ei: Largents Emperor).
If you would like to participate; its an open RP for the time being. If you have suggestions or questions, I strongly urge you to give me them.
