... and so it is hearby advised, by my governmental powers of semi-autonomy, and also via contact with Lord Indigo Blue himself, that a meeting be established by the central government of Austar Union, and a representative from Das Sketch. It would be through this meeting, that some middle ground could be hoped established; to prevent further conflict inside and outside of the Mercury Region.

Semi-Autocrat of the D'na Apollo Colonies
Indigo took and viewed the message with interest. Having been monitering the developing situation between the Rogue Seraphim Military, and its former commander of Das Sketch, it was relatively safe to say that he was interested in the security of his neighbours; furthermore, D'na Apollo. For the fact that little threat was actually posed in the meantime toward The Caloris Basin, he took little caution in pushing any questions about their future aside. He knew that Das Sketch had actually proven himself to be quite rogue in nature; but he wasnt unpredictable. Sketch wasnt in the business of starting fights they werent already involved in, and to spread the conflict well into the ranks of Yut would be undeniably, an unusual manoever. Intelligent, no; Stupid, yes. For the fact still remained -- so long as The Caloris Basin remained within the Triumvirate, they would remain untouched by their more aggressive neighbours. And in the case of Sketch specifically, that was a certainty.
Little was actually known about these peoples in the meantime. From what rumours had been passed around, (and there were some), Sketch seemed to be quite the place to suffer. With a military the size of Melon (to a walnut in comparison), they seemed to know their time and place in the neverending universe of things. Having formulated the Order of the Seraphim, and then later being proclaimed as the one and true Seraphim, they had a strong history. One of conquest, and military dictatorship. And despite the more recent shortfallings of the Order, Sketch had remained quite powerful indeed. Rebuilding their fleets, manning them with what men and women they had--these days of re-invasion had been promised since almost forever ago. Still Das Sketch had a lot to prove, and had gained much of the blame of the Order's "civil war"; its seperation between Military and State(s). This would be his retribution, and he would take his sword of pride once again.
Of course, if he lost his own reputation would be undoubtably hurt. Lost in the scorn of battle, and it was fierce.
Until just a few days ago, Indigo had ordered an Austarian defense of the seperated Military-State. In the defense of Imperator Green, he had promised to himself. But, it seemed as though such weaknesses from the former Intelligence Director still were resinent throughout the various departments. And due to a lack of it, the defensive operation had to be called off. Too bad, but now that there would be little intervention (if any at all), certain threats may or may not materialize later; when forces from the Sketch had finally established themselves as dominant. They were reckless, unruley; and both Indigo and Elektra couldnt possibly rule out future confrontation. Having gained (and built, designed et cetera) the colony of D'na Apollo after the Order's 'Civil War', Das Sketch might seek to return to the Order what was once his. And that included the land beneath them. Not that the Union's Earth Possessions were in fact in any danger. But, slowly but surely, doubt and insecurity clouded the tiny planet.
For centuries, Mercury had been licked by the flames of Sol; being the closest planet to the Sun. But now, it seemed as if it were being licked by the ferociousness of battle. Blood would stain its iron-enriched surface. And in the heat of the moment, many of uncertain decisions could be made. Indigo couldnt take any risks, that perhaps D'na was on the list of targets-to-be. It was time to solve this issue; not through war, but through means of diplomacy.

Das Sketch, I grow in concern over your advance toward Mercury. Whilst I presume that you will be making somewhat of an invasion of the Former Order Territory, I cannot help but wonder what plans you have for the future. Please, it would be my honor to arrange somewhat of a meeting between fellow diplomats. Perhaps there we can discuss the future of things; both in general, and for the co-existance of future between our fine states.
