Quere wishes for meetings and allies
The great nation of Quere (QU-er, not queer for you freaks out there) wishes for peace, as well as outer-regional allies. Hacingthier leader captured in a rescue attempt by the traitorous country of Farmina, they are grabbing for chances of peace. Dur, Khur's brother (he is the leader), has taken control of the country until further notice. He wishes for countries to willingly give up thier time and enter peacefully, under protection, and discuss these matters, such as peace, help, and others. Any county who helps us will be in our high favors, and when they need such supplies they have given us, we will repay them when they need it. Farmina is also welcomed. Tell me who you are sending (guards, soldiers, leaders, etc.), how many, the important names, and any events you wish I may know of.

Before committing ourselves, we'd like to have an explanation of your conflict with Farmina. (Helping out is great, but I don't want to get pulled into a war, neh? Especially on the wrong side.)
I agree. This shall be the summary of the war with Farmina (but only between us two countries).
We all know they had a terrorist strike, more of a militarial rebellion. I sent in my troops-overseas- to help. They misunderstood me, however, and attacked. We, in turn, defended ourselves, taking out three or four ofthier ships. Then we let them take us, for we were defeated. While Khur and our men were being held, a man with a ski-boat ran upon thier shore. He killed himself, taking many with him, in an eastern city. Later, three men on boats ran against the shore next to the ski-boat. They, too, died, killing many civilians and destroying (altohugh not completly) a dam.
Now, our great nation of Quere is going to pay 10 million US dollars, as well as attacking when they need us, but only once.
