... Unfortunately, it is with our lesser appreciation that our intelligence is indeed rather limited on the developments within the Former Seraphim Legion borders. There does appear to be some growth of several factions within said conflict, and a lack of High Imperator appearance does give notion of such lack of control. It has been also declared ascertain that nearby elements from Sketch have shown a slight increase in activity, and are being suspected of also monitering these developments rather closely. Given their network of relationships between themselves and the Rogue Elements, via direct or Order of the Seraphim means, some level of interference is expected--if not an actual campaign into the region. In the meantime, with data particularly "sketchy" at best, it is near impossible to gauge what the reactions of individual factions might be; what alliances might be formed and broken, and of whom each will support pending some interference from Sketch, or perhaps even the Order of the Seraphim directly. Some sources do indicate resistance, others indicate that said forces might be welcomed almost openly.
For the rest of Mercury and the surrounding area, fighting is not expected to spread outside of said borders.

National Statehouse, Anatoba City, the Absolutist State of Austar Union
"So gentlemen," Indigo sat on the corner of his desk, his lips pressing hard together at every close. "What the hell is going on here?"
Michael shifted slightly in his seat,"To be very honest My Lord, my sources are quite unreliable to make a complete analysis."
Juno smirked, sitting beside Indigo himself; "But this is your job. You're the Intelligence Director, right?"
"Of course," replied the man, getting slightly hot under the collar. "But..." He allowed his voice trail off into the distance. Ultimately, he had little to defend himself with.
"But what? You cocked up?" snickered Indigo, evidently quite angry about the situation. "This is what... one of the many times we might actually need some degree of certainty, and what do you have to offer?" His face began to glow red as Indigo's voice grew to a shout. "You have to offer, 'uncertain values and deductions?"
Michael tried to talk for a moment, but was cut off by Indigo's continuounce, "To be frank, I dont know why the hell I hired you to begin with. This has been an ongoing issue with you, Michael, and I have seen very little being done about the problem. How many times have I reminded you; increase and moniter during peacetime... dont grow lazy, et cetera." Indigo wrinkled his nose. "What have you done to correct the situation?"
"We're very lucky to have what we have," offered Michael, now grasping at straws. "Its not... easy to send spies, intelligence officers et cetera into a military-style facility."
"Not easy..." Indigo scoffed. "Its your god-damn job to get around the bloody easy part!" He closed his eyes, and envisioned peace for just a moment before continuing. "Unfortunately, now we have a situation on our hands, where a security threat has the opportunity, or is rather expected to gain a significant portion of power on and around Mercury itself. And I hope you realise our history with these bloody Sketch, Michael?"
He nodded quickly, "Yes, yes I do sir."
Indigo continued rather quickly; "And now because of your pathetic attitude, whatever it might be. You incompetance, per say, we are now stuck in the sort of position I would rather us not be in. They can act from a position of strength; They can properly identify all the players on the field without worry of contacting the wrong party. We on the otherhand, cannot."
"I understand," replied Michael, hanging his head. Thing is, he knew that he had costed much to the Union, Indigo included. "But what can I do to correct?"
Indigo sighed and shook his head, "Its too late for that, Michael."
Michael's eyes grew wide open, "So... what do you plan to do?" Two larger gentlemen joined his side, dwarfing him in size.
"Im sorry, Michael," Indigo turned his gaze away as Juno gestured with his hand. Immediatly, the two men turned and stabbed some kind of needle into Michael's neck. From there, he turned into a sort of drowzy state, unable to protest. And eventually, he collapsed into a heap on the ground, unmoving, unliving.
Indigo turned back to the crumpled heap on the floor, which had only been living just a few moments before; "Get this mess out of here, will you?"
Time for a cigar.
