World Cup XXV

Background:
Vilita first entered the World Cup in World Cup 13 earning the.. Well you can see the title won in the signature, and has hosting experience in World Cup 17, Cup of Harmony WC14, AOCAF II, Baptism of Fire Cup WC16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24 & soon to be 25, as well as Colony Cup 1.1, AOHC 1 and probably some other tournaments that have been left out. Fmjphoenix started out in World Cup 18 and have since been crowned twice champions of the Under 21 World Cup, as well as gaining hosting experience under the wing of Vilita during Baptism of Fire Cup for World Cup 23, and taking that experience to run AOCAF X with no assistance.
Qualifying Format:
There will be no limit on the number of sign ups. Signups will close sometime before the groups are drawn and teams will be split either into 10 or 12 groups, dependant on the final number of signups. Should there be 100 or fewer total approved signups, then there will be groups of 10, with a maximum of 10X10 for 18 matchdays of qualifying (Like the good ole' days!). Should there be more than 100 signups, or should the final number of signups be less than 100 but divisible easily by 12, there will be 12 groups, each consisting of (#Signups/12) teams per group.
Should there be 10 groups, the actual qualifying format will be determined by an OPEN POLL placed at the top of the Pre-Cup RP thread, which will start during the Baptism of Fire Cup. This poll will consist of two options, the first being "Top 3 Advance" and the second being "Top 2 Advance, 3rd & 4th Playoff"
Should there be 12 groups, The top 2 in each group would advance (24) and the third placed teams in each group would enter a playoff system for the 6 additional teams to make 30 + 2 hosts in the finals.
Determining Qualifying Groups:
* Group Draws will have pots based off the KPB Rankings at the conclusion of World Cup 25 for most nations, while Baptism of Fire Cup participants will be sorted based on their performance in this event.
Scores Generation:
The scores will be generated by a modified formula from World Cup 17. It will still allow for some higher scores but has also been modfied to slightly reduce the average goals scored by top ranked teams (except in rejis's group where the average will be 19 goals.)
Hint: Thats a joke for those of you who didn't get it :)
RP Bonus:
While we don't want to announce to the world what our RP Bonus system is as we would like to encourage quality RP's because people want to contribute to the cup, and NOT because they want to simply earn points by appeasing to the hosts guidelines, We will tell you this much.
There Would be a slightly higher "first" RP bonus, where a team would get a bonus for the fact that they have contributed a quality RP to the competition, in addition to any bonus the RP itself earns.
There will be different levels of bonus, some which take into consideration the length of the RP, and most which take into consideration the quality of it. Don't post a crap RP expecting to spam your RP bonus ahead of a match, we're not idiots. The cup is about enjoying yourself and enjoying your RPs, if you think RPing is a requirement and you feel the need to post junk three times a day as opposed to something decent a few times a week, just don't complain.
In short, We Want You to Make us Feel Special by Participating in our Cup.
