*MUSIC plays while camera zooms in on announcer*
Announcer: Welcome to football today, our daily look at the most important game on the planet. We'll talk about the injury to Peter Gregg of the Ravens and what impact that will have on the team, we'll talk to the coach of the OceanHeights Archers but first...
*MUSIC reaches climax then ends*
Announcer: Our first story is about the Rangers, that's correct the Rangers are our top news story and their amazing victory over the Sharks earlier today at Ranger Field in Loyalty Bay. Lets not waste anytime and go to the game tape.
Announcer: The weather was beautiful as the game started and the Sharks wasted no time rushing the Ranger net. Here's Sharks midfielder John Collins with a beautiful cross in the first minute which Rangers goalie Tim Anthony is able to grasp from the air just before a streaking Shawn Peruvo ran in to try and knock the ball into the net. I can tell you that sorta of play was the norm of the day.
Announcer: Take a look again at this clip in the 3rd minute of Collins weaving through the Ranger defense before firing a shot that Anthony is somehow able to capture.
Announcer: This clip here shows Peruvo weaving through and then in the box drop passing the ball for midfielder Cam Govardi who rockets a shot to the far corner which again Anthony is able to stop.
Announcer: The Rangers weren't without their chances in the first half mind you. Here we watch as forward Vince Girber is able to take an Andy Jones corner and head a shot onto net in the 15th minute. However the game clearly was controlled by the Sharks though the score remained 0-0 through the first half.
Announcer: In the second half it again was a non-stop Shark assault which was only at times punctuated by a clearance by the Rangers who at this time were floundering though Anthony was on fire. In the 65th minute forward Tie Zonder came on to replace Rex Howard for the Rangers. That substitution would pay dividends. In the 72nd minute Zonder was able to get a loose ball from a Shark defender and arch a shot which Shark goalie Peter Locart was able to deflect over the crossbar. It was then in the 73rd minute that the fireworks began to happen. Let's listen...'

Commentator: Just listen to that crowd as Ranger midfielder Tom Kenneth prepares to take the corner. Complete hatred for the Shark goaltender as the crowd continues to jeer him. The Rangers have their other three midfielders in the box, along with Zonder and Girber.
Shark defender Sullivan is yelling at Pummelstin to cover Zonder, the Ranger forward. Okay here we go, a high shot arches into the box, Locart reaches for, its Zonder, GGGGGGGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Commentator: TIE ZONDER, IN HIS FIRST GAME THIS SEASON, HEADS THE BAL OUT OF THE HANDS OF SHARK GOALIE PETER LOCART, AND INTO THE BACK OF THE NET! WOW, LOOK AT THIS PLACE NOW! IT'S A ZOO!...
*Clip freezes and camera pans out to show announcer as clip in the background with face of Zonder exstatic after goal with ruckus of Ranger fans in celebration in the stands*
Announcer: A zoo it was but the Sharks would not just back down and they came on strong for the remainder of the game as you can see in this clip.
*plays clip from the 89th minute*
CROWD: WIN, WIN, WIN, WIN, WIN!
Commentator: 89th minute now as Collins has the ball in the left corner. Ranger defender Malkovic is all over him trying to trip him, as if he wants him to be fouled. You can see Peruvo in the box with three blue-green sweaters draped all over him. Collins crosses it, Peruvo breaks free, misses it, wait it's Govardi with a shot, OOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
CROWD: TIM, TIM, TIM, TIM!
Commentator: Again robbed by Anthony, I can't believe it, Govardi can't believe it! The shot was blasted heading for the corner of the net and Anthony lept like a madman towards it somehow getting a hand on it to send it over the crossbar.
CROWD: TIM, TIM, TIM, TIM!
Commentator: Peruvo is screaming at the referres now, he wants a ball, looks like he is going to take the corner. Shark coach Dennis Viltacore has all midfielders playing as forwards now and looks like even a defender too as Oro Julieson is almost at the edge of the large box. It just turned to the 90th minute as Peruvo is ready, looks like 1 minute of injury time will be added. Okay here comes the corner, a short pass to Collins instead! Peruvo is streaking towards the box. Collins is all alone he is bringing it in, defender Steven Paddoway is pursuing him, now the cross from Collins, over the head of everyone!
Commentator: Midfielder Greg Prustelik collects the loose ball for the Sharks, Peruvo is still in the box, Prustelik is alone, he brings it in, the Rangers are letting him right in on net, Anthony is screaming for someone to challenge, THE PASS TO PERUVO, OPEN NET, SHOT, ROBBED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
CROWD: TIM, TIM, TIM, TIM!
Commentator: TIM ANTHONY ROBBED SHAWN PERUVO, OH LOOK AT PERUVO, HE CAN'T BELIEVE IT! THE PASS WASN'T PERFECT AND PERUVO TRAPPED IT THEN SHOT IT, HE SHOULD HAVE JUST DRILLED IT IN, ANTHONY TOOK TWO STEPS THEN LITERALLY FLEW ACROSS THE GOAL, OH WOW WHAT A SAVE!
Referee: Tweat, Tweat, Twwwwwwwwwweat!
Commentator: The final whislte! That's it and what an upset! Peruvo is still dumbfounded, Collins is on the ground deflated and look at the Rangers you'd think they just won the whole thing. What an amazing performance by Tim Anthony in net for the Rangers.

Commentator: There we go, as if they were not loud enough, they now just noted on the scoreboard that the 1-0 score in Parkcove is now a final, sending the Raven fans into even more of a frenzy after their team has been thoroughly dominating this game from start to finish.
