MODERN TECH- though all tech levels are welcome to play.

Basicly, this Rp is about a small town in CHerry Ridge- not well known, people know each other etc. There are too many RPs about Kings and Presidents and Czars and emperors. I want this one to be about the "normal" people. Name your characters. Parts are as follows-

The Sheriff- open
The sheriff was elected by the people to preserve law and order in New Canaan, CR. The Royal Police and other national agencys hardly every come up to this part of the country, so the people elected their own. He has two deputies.


Deputy Sheriff one- open
The "Dep" is the man who was appointed by the sheriff to help preserve law and order.


Deputy Sheriff two-open
(same as above)


Protestant Pastor- Derscon
The leader of the local protestants (you can pick denomination- very conservative).


Parish Priest (Catholic)- Cherry Ridge
Leader of the Catholic community.

School Teacher- Theao
One room school house like older times. (small population)

Other familes-
Pick a family to play. You play the entire family. Say whether you own the local butchers shop, bakery, the farm, bar, or any other shop.

Imitora- single guy

Planners- Convienance store owner



More protestant familes than Catholics is preferable. Just say what the family name is and what religion (plays a part in schools)

I'd like to have the character of an olderly gentleman who runs the local convience store. I may RP the wife, but I doubt that.

Can I play just a single guy that lives in the town? And what tech level?

Description: Laid back and quiet kinda guy, sticks to himself, does odd jobs around the town for money. Listens mostly to punk and punk rock, drives a black supercharged Nissan Frontier extended cab pickup. Catholic, but non-practicing, just likes life.

Deputy Sheriff number Two sounds about right for me.

Is Christanity the only religion in Cherry Ridge?

No- they make up a large majorty- The second largets faith is Judaism. This town only has CHristians though.
