The first few years of the Danaan student exchange program have been a great sucess. However, there was room for improvement and a number of reforms have recently been worked into the program.

1. The creation of an effective program network, acting within the scope of local laws and in cooperation with local authorities, designed to prevent any abuse of students in the system.
2. A policy of full disclosure of corporal punishment policies before the parent makes a decision to send their child to a given school.
3. The participation of Danaan private and parochial schools in the program and the opportunity for foreign private and parochial schools to participate.

Religion: Humanism (no requirements really, apart from an insistence that he is not being forced into anything and that a strongly religious family might not be a good idea.)
Special Needs: A parental note is included urging that the boy be given plenty of fresh air and organic food if the environment allows it. Rotterdam pollution was bad for the boys health and his constitiution is not so strong.
