Post here if you're interested in joining an open-wheel oval series, a la IRL. A nation can only have one team, and teams have TWO cars, no more, no less. There will be a drivers' and manufacturers' championship. RP'ing will help you. You can add tracks, sponsors, etc. The track must be one of the following:
short track (.5 mile),
high banked intermediate (1.5 miles),
flat intermediate (1.5),
speedway (2.0 miles),
or superspeedway (>2.0 miles).

So far, these are the tracks that will be used:
Capital City Superspeedway - 2.5 miles, located in Kericia City
CCS Short Track - high banked half-mile located inside of Capital City Superspeedway
Levine Raceway - wide, high banked 2.0 mile track on the coast of Levine
NRG Nuclear Speedway - High banked 1.5 mile speedway situated next to the nuclear plant it's sponsored by in Anderson Bay, Kericia
North Kericia Speedome - .5 mile track underneath Kericia's largest dome

A nation will rank their drivers from 0-100 in categories like aggression, consistency, finishing, and qualifying, but only a certain amount of points can be used (to be determined soon). Also you can rank their respective abilities at short tracks, speedways, and superspeedways. The aerodynamics, chassis, engine, and reliability of your car will be ranked, as will the consistency, speed, and strategy of your pit crew.

The type of car that will compete in the Kerician International Racing League will be Indy-style cars. The engine has to be a 3.0-liter V8, with a 32-valve dual-overhead cam. No turbocharger. 183.6 cubic inches maximum. Four camshafts, four valves per cylinder. Minimum weight is 280 pounds. Electronically injected.

On another note, I have decided to alter the method of creating a team to a simpler, less mind-numbingly confusing method. You can use either way if you wish, but this is easier.

I'm always up for these things. I may even start my own dirt track racing league soon, I'll let you know.

That sounds good. I wish more people would be up for these things... If we have to, I might throw in some real IRL drivers to fill out the field, but only if we can't get past 10 cars.
