1. The Confederate States of Allanea and the United States of Independent Hitmen will hereby agree to avoid initiating acts of aggression against each other.
2. The Confederate States of Allanea and the United States of Independent Hitmen will consider their mutual obligations under the NCA still valid.
3. The Confederate States of Allanea and the United States of Independent Hitmen will hereby repeal all trade tariffs on each others exports.
4. The Confederate States of Allanea and the United States of Independent Hitmen will create relaxed visa regime, requiring only a passport to travel between the countries.

It is indeed a historic day for Hitmen-Allenean relations. Hopefully this will be the first of many agreements we can make together to increase our friendship and bring increased stability to an increasingly troubled world.
