1. The Confederate States of Allanea and the United Solaris Federation of Tiburon will heretofore consider themselves to be at a state of peace.
2. The Confederate States of Allanea will relocate the Homeland Defense Corps to bases in the states of Georgia and South Carolina.
3. The Confederate States of Allanea and the United Solaris Federation will agree to abstain from any aggression on each other’s assets on Earth or elsewhere.
4. The Confederate States of Allanea and the United Solaris Federation will remove all import tariffs on each others goods, provided said goods are legal in the recipient nation.
5. The Confederate States of Allanea and the United Solaris Federation will allow their citizens to travel between the two nations without the need for a visa, simply by demonstrating their passports.
6. The Confederate States of Allanea and the United Solaris Federation will establish embassies in each other's respective capitals.
