Zeppelin Manufacturers Incorporated formally proposes purchasing the lands upon the “Martian Territories of the First Distributed Kingdom of Weyr” for purposes to its discretion not including the following clauses. These lands will be renamed a ZMI Megacity.
1.Payment is to be a single transfer of 10 trillion Rungs.
2. The sale is set in perpetuity. All clauses are bound within this timeframe.
3. A Mutual bi lateral defence pact shall be instated to be renegotiated every 300 standard years. No ZMI or FDK military units will act against each other for the period of this pact and where possible will assist each other in the defence of there respective nations martian assets.
4. The laws and ordinances of ZMI shall be in action inside the borders of “Megacity Four” and shall have full jurisdiction and sovereignty. Furthermore ZMI will harbour no person or property wanted by the FDK for a crime or act of aggression against the FDK within reason and will render them up to the justice of the FDK upon request.
5. The FDK shall be granted favourable trading partner status and a zero tariff import export right to ZMI similarly ZMI shall grant zero tariff import export rights to the FDK.
