The communiqué was sent through the appropriate channels, routed a number of times as always nessacery in a true beurocratic sense, and soon arrived on the desk of First Speaker Anna Fratelli. The info, like so much, was simple and to the point, and not really holding any substinent info. However, as a matter of precedent, Fratelli decided that someone should go, if for no other reason than to see what was going on.
