"Is everything prepared, mage?", King Svarelian II of Svundabar spoke to his court wizard, Krulis the Small of Stature.

The hunchedbacked, diminutive mage nodded rapidly.

"Yes, yes, my king, everything is ready. The only thing that remains is the pulling of this lever" the wizard indicated a lever on the large control panel behind him, bearing complicated arcane runes of which the use was most likely something known only by mages. "and we will be transported to this dimension called 'Earth'. I have done some research...They have roughly the same level of technology as we do, but their magical knowledge is second to none..." the wizard smirked, obviously this was to his liking "...and they do not have any Tarrasque."

"Their loss" , the King responded, his ceremonial plate mail creaking a bit.

"We will be appearing in a region known as the East Pacific, a somewhat sizable region that is." , the wizard continued.

"Then begin, wizard. No sence lingering here any longer."

The wizard stood onto his toes and yanked the lever towards him. Immediately, everything began shaking as the very land began moving...

Location: Somewhere in the East Pacific, Not Much Later

A fisherman from [insert random East Pacific nation here] looked up wide eyed as a whole continent appeared to be falling down from the sky. This was followed by a loud crunching sound as Svundabar fell down on the poor fellow, and the weight of a landmass was enough to crush the poor man's bones to goo. What was once just a spot of empty ocean was now filled with the country Svundabar - and it was not too long until the new island was discovered.

"...ugh." , King Svarelian II of Svundabar exclaimed as he got up slowly, an action which was complicated by his bulky armor. "You could have warned me for the shock..."

The wizard got up, wiping some dust off his messy robes.

"I wasn't really expecting it, either, your highness..." , Krulis the Small of Stature replied.

"Hmph" , King Svarelian II said. "Anyway, our new existance on this land called 'Earth' needs to be celebrated. I think I am ordering to pay the commoner population."

"...But, sire, you paid them just five months ago!" , the royal Treasurer, who appeared out of thin air, responded.

"And? I'm in a good mood. And one has to occasionally do something to maintain the good relation one has with the filthy, unwashed peasants."

"Mein Fuhrer! Mein Fuhrer!" The cry echoed as the soldier ascended the great stairs, ran along the immense corridor, pushing open the gleaming golden doors and emerging into the control room; saluting crisply as the Major turned in his seat; now facing the soldier with appraising eye.

"Ja?" He smirked, watching and waiting; awaiting whatever news had brought this soldier here so suddenly and swiftly.

"My Lord; we have reports coming in of...a Continent materialising in the Pacific"

"Intriguing" The Major's eyebrows lifed, he chuckled softly. "And did it rise from ocean depths as fabled Mu, Lemuria; perhaps R'lyeh" He smirked as the Soldier bowed.

"Mein Fuhrer, we do not know. How should we proceed?"

"In time; we shall explore. Ready diplomats; we must see what this new continent holds, ja?"

"Is this thing on?" , king Svarelian II of Svundabar said. From somewhere out of sight came a reply of "Yes" , and the king cleared his throat. His armor creaked a bit.

"Citizens of Earth and outskirts. I am King Svarelian II of Svundabar. All your base are belong to us...Err..." The king nervously looked at the papers in front of him. "Cut that out. I am King Svarelian II, of Svundabar, and my nation has recently emerged on your land through undisclosed means which we're not going to be sharing with you. This is an introductionary tape to our country, that you may attempt to achieve a small measure of understanding about us. Svundabar originated on a faraway world which you haven't heard of. My father, king Svarelian I, united several lord-doms and made it into the country of Svundabar which I presently reign over. We are a kingdom, and the King, which is me, holds superior authority. I am assisted in the tedious task of ruling by the nobility of my land, and the sizable population of those who weren't smart enough to be born as a noble are sent to work where-ever we deem best for them. They are very well treated - we give them a free day every nine months, and they are allowed to take a shower every two years. We irregularly pay them a good wage. My father was only able to unite the country through the domestication of the Tarrasque."

A picture of a collosal, scaled behemoth of an animal is shown.

"Though it cost some lives and limbs, the Tarrasque, our official national mascot and troop carrier, is now more or less tame. Towards us, so it is not recommended a nonsuicidal person attempts to pet them. Our level of technology seems to be the same as yours. We do not seek any hostility, but will give it to those who show it to us. In the light of establishing good relationships with the countries of 'Earth' we invite you to send emissaries to our glorious nation."

The tape is sent to broadcasting stations all over the world.

*Valdra enters Brusca's office, to find the armour clad Valkyrja leaning back in her chair, feet on her desk, ankles crossed, eyes closed.
A large grin on her face, Valdra coughs.*

"Sorry to interupt your busy schedule Brusca, but the post has arrived"

*Without moving, Brusca opens one eye and stares at the Valkyrja in front of her and sighs.*

"Well Valdra, we'll put you on night duty for three days on the trot and allow you the pleasure of dealing with a Nation and a Region without a well earned afternoon nap shall we?
Put the stuff on my desk and let me rest, I'll have it all done by supper time....."
