OOC: Just to explain the process. What, first of all, is a tender? Basically, I request for tender, which are requirements for something. People/companies (etc) will then submit their bids for a particular good or service based on those requirements. The successful tenderer will then get a contract. Got it?
What to do: Generally speaking, each tender bid will need to fill out, in "form" er... Form, the following. If you can think of other things to put in, feel free, these are just the basics.
Which item the tender bid is on
Proposed name of your product
Dimensions/performance etc
Special/other features of note
How and why this product would suit the requirements
You can submit as many bids as you want. Feel free to submit a tender bid for each item. Feel free to submit multiple bids for each item!
What not to do! I do not want links to storefronts! If you simply link to a storefront or a plain information page, your bid shall be immediately disqualified without appeal! Sell me the item, okay? Give me a song and dance. You spent time to develop these items, so convince me to buy it!
Please lastly remember this is modern tech! Please also note that I reserve the right to turn down the tender bids. I am under no obligation to sign just because you submitted it. Be warned! :p
Tenders will not be accepted after the 13th. Good luck!

Item Number One: Main Battle Tank (MBT)
The Adejaani Regime Land Forces has for a very long time, made do with the M1A2 Abrams tank. What is needed is a Main Battle Tank (MBT) of similar dimensions and performance. However, this MBT will not be used in "urban combat" situations (see Item Number Two) and the only conceivable deployment would be in open country tank versus tank warfare. The only "true" requirement in this Item is that it must be of similar dimensions to the M1A2 (in other words, air transportable by C-17 Globemaster III transport aircraft).
Item Number Two: Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV)
The Adejaani Regime Land Forces has had its infantry operations hampered for many years, having to make-do with an aging fleet of M113 Armored Personnel Carriers. The IFV requirement is for a vehicle similar to the LAV-25 Light Armored Vehicle or the Stryker Interim Armored Vehicle.
Bids of this vehicle should include a slightly scaled up version of either design, again, air-transportable by C-17. This IFV design should include an automatic 25mm (or larger) automatic cannon design for infantry fire support. Agility and mobility is a must, as this IFV is designed to enter city streets for close-in urban fighting. Armor must be strong enough to withstand handheld Rocket Propelled Grenades and ground mines.
Item Number Three: Nuclear Hunter-Killer Submarine (SSN)
A replacement for the current Seawolf class SSN is required. This new SSN type would generally be required for deep-ocean operations, generally (aircraft) carrier escort and "sanitisation" (clearing an area of enemy submarines).
Item Number Four: Medium Support Carrier (CV)
It should firstly be noted that Adejaani has a significant knowledge of aircraft carriers, though we have no industrial capacity of our own to build them. Nevertheless, the requirements for this carrier are significant and the most demanding.
What is required is a medium sized support carrier... Which means that it's not a "Fleet" or "Combat" carrier, designed to take on the opponent's fleets (or aircraft). This support carrier is really meant to provide "stay with" air support for landing operations, or a carrier to accompany smaller patrol squadrons, or cruiser and destroyer squadrons, without the need to divert a full sized "Fleet" carrier.
The CV requirement, as its titular abbreviation suggests, would mean that it's conventional powered, for the simple reason that nuclear power would render the carrier too expensive for its support role. Further, because of the expected extensive support train (which would include numerous support/cargo/transport ships), the need for extensive supplies beyond two weeks' worth of sustained operations is not required.
The air group that can be operated and sustained would be the most crucial requirement, due to the needs and operational roles of this support CV. As noted above, the CV would sometimes accompany patrol squadrons, sometimes as long-term support of amphibious operations, other times added to cruiser or destroyer squadrons to increase their overall combat power.
The number and type of aircraft is still under consideration. However, here is are a number of likely air group compositions. Please note that this is a draft list. Actual aircraft types and numbers will eventually vary.
Amphibious assault support: 6x F-14 Tomcat OR F/A-18E/F Super Hornet; 24x F-32 OR F-35 Joint Strike Fighter; 12x AH-64 Apache; 4x E-2 Hawkeye; 4x SH-60R Seahawk
General fleet support: 12x F-14 Tomcat; 24x F/A-18E/F Super Hornet; 4x EA-6B Prowler; 4x E-2 Hawkeye; 6x SH-60R Seahawk
Patrol squadron: 16x F-14 Tomcat OR F/A-18E/F Super Hornet; 16x S-3 Viking; 4x E-2 Hawkeye; 6x SH-60R Seahawk
