Welcome everyone to the 6th presentation of the NS Bowl. I cordially invite you to sign-up your team in it, wether you know how to play American Football or not. If you want to host, just write it here(I can provide the spreadsheet).

In this edition, the spreadsheet uses an overall system similar to the one that Madden uses. So, you'll have to rate your team. But, with a limit. Because you'll have 175 - your rank to rate your team on both offense and defense. So, for example, Oliverry is ranked 8th. So, I will have right to 167 points to rate my team on offense and defense.

BTW, in answer to Gondeau: hosts generate the results using a spreadsheet. Every two or three days, they enter the team names and ratings into this spreadsheet, possibly also incorporating a roleplay bonus (currently under discussion). They then post the scores on the appropriate thread.

Yet another chance for NMS citizens to riot

NEW MONTREAL - The Ministery of Morale has thrown NMS's hat into the ring once again.

They have signed us up for a "gridiron" championship. This paper would like to register its opposition right now.

Few if any New Montrealers know the rules of this game. We have no professional league in this sport. The only major high school conference to compete in this sport is the VAHSC (Valdemont Area High School Conference). 57% of our readers thought a gridiron was some kind of cooking appliance.

Nonetheless, we are going to enter this tourney and be creamed. Splattered. Abused. We are going to look like a Bedistani stadium after our national football team passes through.

Heck, our coach is an import from Oliverry, Mr. Luke Descrier. Welcome to NMS, Mr. Descrier, and we wish you luck.

Format:

22 nations signed up- 3 groups of 4, 2 groups of 5. Top 3 teams in each group plus a wild card advance round of 16. Winners advance to quarter-finals. Then the winners of that game will advance to the semi-final and then the final where they will play for the Championship.

BlueTiger to Join International Football Tourney

BlueTiger is finally going to join the international football tournament. Our nation has had a professional football league for as long as it's been around (called the BlueTiger Football League, a.k.a. BFL). Of the people polled 80% say they can't wait to see the BlueTiger nation go up against other international teams.

The team will be coached by the famous head coach of the TigerTown Capitals, Jake White. "We have a really good defense,” said Coach White. “The problem we’re going to have is scoring, as our offence is really weak.”

As East Lithuania comes back to the sports sceane after around a 5 month econamy decline, they're back and ready to play! For the first time in any sports history, this year Dictator Scharfetter announced that he will place a bid in hosting NS Bowl VI. I have a good scorinator for it if you want. Because I asked for points because of that scorinator that uses them to scorinate

With 22 teams in so far, I'd suggest getting up to 24 and opting for six groups of four. The top two in each group would then go through, along with the four best third-placed teams, to the knockout rounds.
