Should the Federation of Lind Land get all the immediate power of the Nation or should the Confederacy of Lind Land get all the immediate power. (The immediate power is power over everything that needs to do with the army and has the power to make people to into the army.)
First vote means, the Confederacy gets all the power
Second vote means, the Federation gets all the power
First vote means, the Confederacy gets all the power
Second vote means, the Federation gets all the power
