The constitution of the Republic of Zephyrhilland has been signed and with it the creation of the International Aid Orginization.

The IAO is an international orginization backed by the Zephyrhilland Republic to help maintain world peace and help stop hunger and injustice throughout the world. (OOC: like the red cross)

To help the world, countries are encouraged to request the help of the IAO through the diplomats of the Republic of Zephyrhilland.

The Commonwealth of Chimaea congratulates the Republic of Zephyrhilland in the signing of its constitution, and note in particular their excellent record in civil and political rights.

We also welcome the efforts of the International Aid Organisation and offer assistance in the form of funds, resources, expert personnel and security in any of the IAO's future endeavours.

Chimaea would also like to open an Embassy in the Republic of Zephyrhilland and invite you to do likewise within the Commonwealth.
