ooc: This is a completely open RP, however it would be good if you could read the ooc/information thread at http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=9269662.
IC:
“Now don’t you worry,” The man cooed sweetly as he finished drawing the shades on the van’s windows. “I’ll show you those puppies real soon, just like I promised.” He spoke to the little girl gagged and tied to a chair in the back of the van. He turned and began to advance on her. “There’s just something I’d like to do together first.”
A little later, the rusty van pulled around behind an Atrox City Pound. The man carried a limp form inside. He held her for a moment, allowing his eyes to taste her soft body one last time. He smiled, another successful kill. They had all been so easy... except one. The man’s eyes narrowed at the thought of the damned Mystic child that had escaped him.
He tossed the girl into a cage and stepped back as the starved dogs fell upon her.
“Enjoy the puppies, dear.”

Rebecca looked in her bag one more time.
“Yes, mom, I’ve got the ticket and the letter.”
“Are you sure you’ll be okay by yourself?” Her mother, a slightly overweight woman with short black hair and pale blue eyes, worriedly soothed Rebecca’s hair. “You remember how dangerous Atrox City is.”
“Mom, I’m not just some little girl. I can take care of myself.” Rebecca’s expression soften when she saw how her comment only deepened the lines of worry in her mother’s face. “I promise I’ll be careful.” Rebecca had the same pale eyes, but was her mother’s opposite in nearly everything else. Her dark hair was long and pulled back into a ponytail and her form was much more athletic. With a final goodbye to her mother, Rebecca entered the airport. She headed strait for the Enforcers Squad desk and showed the woman at the counter her letter.
“Ah,” The woman smiled and turned to a young man behind her. “Would you please help this young lady to her flight, Ryan?”
Ryan was friendly, as were all the Enforcer Squads men and women. People skills were a huge part of their training. The first thing Ryan did was shake Rebecca’s hand and introduce himself. Then he took Rebecca though the airport, bypassing the security check points. As they walked, Ryan began to question Rebecca.
“How old are you?”
“Seventeen, but my birthday’s in a couple months.”
“Have you had any experience with Atrox City before?”
“I lived there until I was eight. Does that count?”
Ryan caught the sarcasm and smiled. “Do you have everything?”
“Well, I’ve got my ticket and my letter right here.”
“That’s not what I meant. I meant-”
“I know what you meant.” Rebecca shook her head. “But if I didn’t have that, I wouldn’t need to bypass security, would I?”
Ryan only stopped and turned to her. “Be serious now. You need to hang onto that thing with your life. Especially if you haven’t mastered boomeranging.”
“Well now, listen to you. ‘Boomeranging?’ You’re talking like a real Mystic.”
“I only know what I’ve been taught. This is your terminal. Your flight leaves in just over an hour.” With a quick goodbye, Ryan was gone leaving Rebecca in the waiting lounge alone. There was a cat-call from behind her as she made her way to a seat by herself. She looked over the others waiting for this flight. Most of their faces were grim. It wasn’t surprising, no one went to Atrox City without a reason and the reason was rarely pleasant.
ooc: So that’s it. This is completely open, though I would suggest you either RP your characters also waiting for this flight or already in the city.
