Due to the increasing population of the Solar System, the Moontian Empire has decided that it will be relocating all its people out of the system to another it holds, along with all the spacecraft and orbiting satellites within the system.

Few knew, at the time of the announcement, that just as it was being made, Allanea was already offering Moontian it’s assistance. Cargo ships - and the capital of the Allanean navy, a 3.5 kilometer-long rescue ship - were already there, taking men and cargo aboard, then transporting them to where t Moontian wanted to transfer them. Of course, the aid had a price to it.

While the Allanean military was busy loading up people from Triton and Nereid, a small fleet of Orcas trawled through Earth and Neptune orbits for Moontian equipment to be transported to their new home system. On the other six of Neptune's moons claimed by Moontian, Flaming Bolts provided by the military as well as transportation companies, were being loaded with people and various equipment.

In the meanwhile, aboard the Allanean capital ship, President Demarque waited for the Moontian representatives, ready to officially sign the deal they offered - a deal that would have transferred all the possession of Moontian on Neptune into Allanean hands.

Emperor Gawyn, along with a handful of ministers and bodyguards, made their way up to the Allanean ship to read the treaty one last time before signing away the Neptunian colonies. Thanking the fact that most, if not all the reporters on the moon would already be on board waiting for transit; Gawyn read over the treaty slowly and carefully.

In Allanea, a new commotion was starting. The people of Moontian have left the planet - but they left the Allaneans the infrastructure - enough to house two billion people on the various moons. Normally, people are not very keen to go out and colonise entirely new planets - the lack of running water tends to be a chill on frontier spirit, greater than most people normally expect. Still, given unemployment and economic recession in Allanea, there were many who agreed - especially those of Jordaxian stock, who would favor the low gravity of some the Neptunian moons. Very soon, over two million people signed up for the relocation to Nereid. Convicts exiting prisons were offered free trips and holding on the smaller moons. The new Age of Colonisation has begun.

In Moontian's second system, Gamma Volantis, the construction crews had finally finished building the settlements for the two billion people arriving from Sol within the next three Earth months.

Cleaning up all the satellites in orbit above Earth took three weeks, but everything was hauled in to be sent off elsewhere in the Empire. There were some problems getting the satellites from the Van Allen Belts, but they were overcome by using armoured robotic arms.

The Moontian-Allanea Exchange Treaty

1. The Confederate States of Allanea shall aid in the relocation of the Moontian population from Neptune, and later aid Moontian monetarily to the sum of 150 billion USD.

2. Moontian will transfer to the CS of Allanea its holdings on Neptune and will protect them until Allanea completes it's colonisation efforts.

'So they're leaving. That's... good?'
'Don't know. It's not like we want to go back to the Sol System. Hell, it took us long enough to get away from that place. After all we did to get out? No way we're going back.'
'Probably, but maybe a small outpost there wouldn't harm our... interests over there.'
'Mr Solsenitsyn, I thought you were a little more intelligent than that.'
'How so, Commander Blouff?'
'You honestly think anyone wants to go back?'
'I would. Perhaps I should contact them if there's a possibility of granting us the right of a small colony or a base.'
'I will Sir.'

Message - content: Greetings, this is the Sirens of Titan Containment Corporation, and associated Czarist Galactical Empire. We are hereby showing some interest in the possibilities of us having a (small) base on Neptune to promote trade and perhaps even diplomatic contact between you and us. We await your response.

We would love you to help us, if you can help secure Neptune from foreign aggression.[/b]

"Everything here is appropriate. Good luck on Neptune. If your nation ever needs an ally, simply send us a message. Now I must be off to view the defense. We have left a few satellites orbiting Neptune for until you no longer need them." The Emperor finished reading through the treaty and signed it before leaving for his Heronmark.

While on board the ship, the message from Sirens of Titan came through. A reply was quickly dispatched.

It is not our place to decide what happens on Triton or any of Neptune's moons any longer. Control was officially handed over to Allanea a short while ago. Trade and diplomatic contact are agreeable, however. Our star systems are: Wolf 359, Alpha Circini, Gamma Volantis, Lambda Ophiuchi, Nu Reticuli, and Mu Chamaeleontis.
