You find yourself a Storefront thead and RP the transaction. Most responsible and experiance Storeowners will not sell you more than you can afford or sell you Nuclear weapons as you cannot afford them yet. Just enqire at any one of these threads (your sure to find one to match your tech soon enough) and they'll help you out.
