NationStates Jolt Archive

Hello everyone. I've been watching and wandering around II, getting used to it, etc.But I really don't know the NationStates forum so well. All I want here is to make a sports team or soemthing. Could soemone explain to me how this works, or a good thread about it, or even direct me to a league?
