A missive, looking to be scanned from ink on parchment, and signed by hand, was sent to each of the other known regions. Quite a few times the best they could do, was to send it to a station, or an office, that promised to translate it to another form of signal, as they discovered some of the neighbors are rather difficult to contant, and even harder to reach.

Message follows:

The humble nation of Stonedeep welcomes you. We've formalised our government, and though we are trying to find more space for ourselves, we are willing to invite others into our space again.

We realise that many others would not like to build in our central city chambers, or even in the caverns, but we are willing to open the parks on the surface to those willing to build an embasy.

We thank you for your time.

Signed
(by each of them)

Sirs, we got a reply.

That's good. Tell them we'll send a digging team immediatly.

What about them sirs?

We did invite them to build thier own, give them the nice bit, near the entrance. Along the processional road.

Yes sir.

(ooc, send a telligram to Stonedeep with your aceptance. Feel free to describe the embacy, the site is next to a rather steep clif, with the cavern entrance tunnel cut into it. The Stonedeep crew will cut down atleast 100m into the earth, or until it finds siutable bedrock, build a small viewing room like a gaziebo on the top of this shaft, and make the rest of the surface into a park. Undernith you'll find them cutting a serries of ring shaped halls, arround a central large room. They will try to use the natural bedstone to all possible atristic advantage. Humble artisians, but skilled)

ooc: the site for your embassy is completely unsuited for excavation.

(ooc 403 error... pitty. what makes the site, unable to be used? Might find the digging crews rather unhappy about this... but likely would settle for using fill to 'bury' it onsite and above orriginal ground level, and then gardening back over the top to make it look like a large hill)

EDIT: (ooc, ok, got the pictures from the site, very nice, will look good, only bourdering land is jungles and mounts not forest and mountains)

The welcoming crew, the real, unoffical one, has met with your builders, and even agrees to help out, oddly enough, the security procedures are extreamly lax, most requests met without even having to check with a boss, much less covernment forms.
