If you were deleted for inactivity (as opposed to being deleted for some offence), you can get your nation resurrected if you wish to - just send a message through the Getting Help Page (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/-1/page=help) (be sure to use the correct drop-down problem type, which in this case would be "Restore a Deleted Nation").
