Blood Moon Goblins
24-05-2005, 02:16
Hukec! Alkhalaan! Dhec!
Translation:
Goblins! Awake! Fight!
As you may guess, this is a revolutionary RP taking in Blood Moon.
The basic plot is thus:
Humans find happy Goblin tribes.
Humans occupy Goblin lands
Humans enslave Goblins
Goblins work for a while
Squee, the hero fellow, takes out a guard and sparks a revolution
Humans (eventually) get kicked out of Blood Moon or are all killed.
Charecters:
Squee: The main hero, at the time Squee isnt such a common name. In the 'present' %55 of the population is named Squee.
Horace Towering: The commander of the Human Colony
Furg: The first Goblin King after the Battle of the Blood Moon.
John the Pink: Human supporter of the Goblins, only known human to live in Blood Moon for some time after the Battle.
Important Events:
Battle of the Blood Moon:
Every twenty years atmosphereic effects cause the moon to appear to be blood red all night long from Blood Moon. This happened to coincide with the final assault by the Goblins on the remaineder of Commander Towerings troops in the capitol city of Haven (Name needs work :P)
Needed:
Decent RPers, people to be various charecters (Open to suggestions, if you would like to have your own charecter who gains a place in Goblin history :P.)
Preview:
Squee grunted as he hefted the dull pick ax for the Nth time that day. He was tired. All the Goblins were tired, not just in a physical sense. Humans were harsh masters, especially for such lazy bastards. ESPECIALLY the chief bastard, Commander Horace Towering. Forced work was the least of the offences commited by HIM.
Squee wasnt the most likely of rebels, or legends. He was average height and build, he lacked long, flowing, blond hair and giant muscles of uber-gobliny-ness, he was a bit more intelligent than most Goblins he usualy didnt show it.
"You there! Yeah, you shorty. Stop slacking and get cracking, else you'll feel the whip!" The guard in his shiney leather vest gave Squee a whip anyway, and walked off.
"Ghrazk" Muttered Squee, this cant be translated into English, but its something approximating "Son of a diseased Troll whore".
After striking the walls of the tunnel a few more times for the look of it, this mine hadnt produced anything in a month, Squee looked back at the guard briefly.
The mans back was turned while he releived himself against the tunnel wall. Looking up Squee saw the color change in the stone, and the many fine cracks in the ceiling above the guard. Goblins LIKE geology, theyre naturals at it.
Moving carefully, Squee crept towards the Guard, easing up to the shoring pillar. He brought his pick up...
THWAK!
The guard turned around in horror, watching as the Goblin brought his pick up for another strike against the pillar.
THWAK!
The stones above the guard grumbled, the sort of sound a giant would make after sleeping for a hundred years or so, then waking up to find that its slept on its arm. The guard dived forward, trying to get the pick, not minding the bits of rock falling about him.
THWAK!
The ceiling fell in.
The guard, travling at 15 miles per hour in a horizontal path, weighing 220 lbs was met by eighty six tons of granite falling at a rate of 55mph.
The result was, as they say, physics.
