The bid
We are two World Cup veterans, who experienced both more than 10 word cups and have both hosted successfully 2 World Cups. We are both regulars on IRC and the chance that one of us ceases in the time of the world cup is minimal at most.
We will use a leagion-based bid, but we will use the KPB-formula of World Cup 12, which also means that we use no linear ranks but KPB-points.
Being both frequent RPers, who do not just RP for the sake of the bonus, we will make this cup RPing intensive. We provide interesting venues for RPing (Eauz's communism and my karelan dictatorship should provide interesting points to RP), we value RPing in form of a bonus and we will RP the opening ceremony (at least I am annoyed that none of the hosts bothered to do so in the last cups) and traveller's guides to Rejistania and Eauz.

Rejistania's Stadiums for World Cup 23

Estadije Ines Karela Lines
Location: Kalimnintan kalesa, KaMaRi kali
Capacity: 149,700
Karela Lines never was able to afford increasing the Estadije Karela Lines themselves, but after the revolution, a prestigous venue was built for the team by the temple. EIKL was planned by Progressan architects, who fled from the ceasing of their nation. To ensure there is not too much capitalism in this new stadium the advertising boards behind one goal have been replaced by a fence, which has been called the 'D-Fence'. Nobody will ever score into this goal, or indeed the other goal, unless this stadium hosts international matches or other matches not involving Karela Lines.

Estadije Sen-La-Sa~o Relekhati
Location: Riandu kalesa, KaMaRi kali
Capacity: 149,000
The club Sen-La-Sa~o Relekhati (pronounced as: Zenlazou relegarti) was one of the most famous clubs and always on the verge to be in the final stage of the H1SR. Their stadium is an impressive building, and used to be the biggest stadium in Rejistania. In the qualifiers, most home games take place here due to the incredible atmosphere. Its architecture is remarkable due to the roof reminding of many arches.

Estadije Hetlasane Hetkali
Location: Hetkali, Rejistania
Capacity: 105,000
"Theteam from thecity" (which is the translation of the majuvedian name Hetlasane Hetkali) is one of the most successfull rejistanian teams ever. Even though their rival Hetaki is more solvent after 'crazy billionaire' Alan Belmore bought it, Hetlasasne is the team his more prestige. The stadium is the third largest in Rejistania. The nickname of this stadium can be translated as 'hellhole' because hell breaks lose (in a positive sense) when Hetlasane, or a team which qualified for the XVSR plays there.

Estadije Hanin Sekhika
Location: Maiju kalesa, KaMaRi kali
Capacity: 99,000
The Estadije Hanin Sekhika is another stadium in the fascinating city KaMaRi kali. The biggest city of Rejistania is located in the central north on the border between the territory of two ethnic groups: the Minokaje and the Majuveda. For foreigners these differences are not really obvious, but the Rejistanis distinguish between the 'Maiju kalesa' (minokajeti speaking) and 'Kalimnintan kalesa' (majuvedi speaking). Hanin Sekhika are a successfull team but on the decline. They have a proud tradition for losing out on penalty kicks in the XVSR.

Estadije Najajara Ynu
Location: Najajara kali, Rejistania
Capacity: 90,000
The town Najajara kali is a beautiful port town known for its relaxed atmosphere and the fact that it changes as soon as the Blacks (Ynu) play an important match. The Najajara Ynu Stadium is the only stadium on this list, which is not just used for soccer, but also for a southern Rejistanian sport called Mjinen, a strange sport, which rules are not comprehensible for anyone, who did not grew up with it. In that respect is it similar to baseball and tennis.

Estadije Vaje~n Sekhika
Location: Vaje~n kali, Rejistania
Capacity: 84,200
Vaje~n kali (pronounciation help: it rhymes with the french word "matin") is a rather small city in southern Rejistania, but it always was a perfect place for high class soccer. Vaje~n Sekhika was the first professional soccer team in southern Rejistania, and the stadium is not the newest, but after renovations it is a worthy venue for international matches. The only problem is the really hot and humid climate, which maybe a reason why teams from the south overperform on their home ground against northern teams.

Estajie Sijitalatirikimidateme Xkora
Location: Sijitalatirikimidateme kali, Rejistania
Capacity: 56,000
"The team from the city with the long name" is a typical name for Sijitalatirikimidateme Xkora, while everyone knows that the city is called "Sijitala...uluhet" by Rejistanis from other cities and "Sa~etahti~lki~ndae" by seleke. There are plans to rename this stadium to "World Cup Stadium Northwest" during the time of the finals. Seleke consider this a sacrilege and can not understand or see the reason for it, but most foreigners and non seleke welcome this idea.

Estadije Ines Kalisimu Salan
Location: Kalisimu kali, Rejistania
Capacity: 40,000
Noticed the inventiveness concerning Rejistanian stadium names, They always consist of the word "Estadije" and the name of the team playing there: "Estadije Sen-La-Sa~o Relekhati" means "stadium of SLS R". This time, it is slightly different: The Estadije ines is the "new stadium". It is not just the home venue for Kalisimu Salan but also for H2SR team Kalisimu Seli, a fact which makes scheduling of the H1SR and H2SR matches always a rather complicated issue. Despite the name and the new construction date, it appears to be modern as a telegraph and elegant as a rhinoceros.

A glass orb shines in Teke Daran's office. Teke Daran is used to it and doesn't note it at all, but foreigners always react fascinated by it. Samuel Nova from the eauzian FA was fascinated by the light, but one of the few, he knew what it was and tried to keep a distance. Daran'he realized it as soon as the Eauzian entered. "Hejida Nova'he, there is no reason to be afraid of the va'karela'ny, you were at least in the reach of 10 of them from leaving the plane to here."
"Hejida Daran'he. It always surprises me how calm you accept being influenced!" the tall Eauzian replied.
"Being influenced is part of being human. Even in not capitalist nations like Eauz, influencing people has an important role in securing stability, in the countries ravaged by capitalism, it is even more extreme. Most political theories accept that - or do you think countries like yours have that gigantic education budgets if it was otherwise?" Teke Daran likes philosophical debate and after he found out, that Samuel Nova also is interested in this subject, they spent much time debating.
"I accept that position, even though I do not share it, but the fact is that many people do not accept it. There is much opposition against your position. I came here because I begin to think that it severely influences our chances to win the bid."
"What makes you think of it?"
"We tend to see a large takilisation as reply to your governmental system. Also the number of tourists visiting Rejistania decreased."
"It tends to decrease in a civil war, don't you think?"
"After the civil war, it did not rise to former levels."
"Maybe it was seen too risky? It takes some time to see that there is no counter attack against the hanta government."
"That is the answer from a karelan, not everyone is so risk-aware as you karelans!"
"It is not a bad thing!"
"Surely not, but it makes your way of thinking more or less incompatible!"
"You are wanting to say something but do not dare it... am I right?"
"Erm... yes... I doubt you know the amount of influence these takilians have. Do you know what this is?" Nova opens a box.
"It is a brownie!"
"It is a takilian brownie!"
"You mean it... takil'han?"
"It takilizes, yes!"
"That is an attack! You have to give it to the temple! They can react accordingly!"
"I do not want to go to the temple... You might know why..."
"I do not know... oh, the va'karela'ny?"
"Indeed!"
"They are no danger... they only work temporally!"
"Well..."
"It is no risk! Hey, you called me the most risk-aware person and I have no problems with it..."
"Then you do it!"
"Okay!"
