There are 55 sites for embassies on Dia-Logos Alley. 56th is a heavy-guarded Arakarian police station with Arakarian flag (yellow-red). This street is located in Government District and as most streets in Arakaria, is well monitored and clean. No armed vechicles!
1 - The Protectorate of Northern Nation States
Ambassador: Grace Hardy (in exchange for Malea Acidarrow)
Personel: 50 staff and 12 guards.
Description: Our embassy will be a white stone building and the complex will be surrounded by a white stone wall with a forged Iron gate. The single driveway will lead to a circle drive in front of the main entrance. There will be a blue cloth awning over the walk fromt he driveway to the entrnace. The entrnace itself will be a tall double wooden door worked with wrought iron scrollwork. No vehicle parking except fo a helipad on top of the building.
7 - The Galactic Inferno of No Endorse
Staff: 68 staff and 12 guards. 2 repulsorcars, 2 speeder bikes, 1 shuttle.
Description: A sleek and modern building with tall windows and graceful arches. The outer walls are mostly glass with thick support struts, with interior walls mostly opaque. It is three stories tall, with a landing pad on top large enough to accomidate a single shuttle. The building is equipt with a defensive shield that can be activated in emergencies. Underground, there is a small vehicle garage holding two repulsorcars and two hover bikes. There are two empty slots that can accomidate most small vehicles.
10 - The Intergalactic Republic of Aerospace Forces
Ambassador: AA1 (in exchange for Coil Greenwater)
Staff: 120 personel, 10 guards. 1 transport AV with 1 swivel plasma handgun mounted on top (anti-laser armouring, bulletproof glass, small turret for the handgun), 5 freighter trucks.
Description: The building is made of a bluish material, strong yet lighweight. Outside, from the top, the building looks like a series of interconnected circles, with 4 spikes on the outside for enterances.
12 - The Grand Duchy of Cesania
Ambassador: Gene Wallace (in exchange for Ristofan Blackberry)
Personel: 58 staff and 12 guards. An APC and 2 helicopters.
Description: Our embassy will be a redstone buildingsurounded by a white stone walls. An Ion wrought double gate stands at the center of the gate with two ceremonially clothed Guards on either side and an a guard in BDU in the 'gate house'. The Buildign contains offices, a formal dining room, a formal conference room and two 'safe rooms' isolated from extrnal communications and shielded against evesdropping and other surveilance devices. There is a garage under the building which also houses the APC and a helipad on top with a 'canvertable' style weather cover.
13 - The Borg Collective of Blackgrue
Ambassador: Borg Queen Diplomatic unit 01481 (in exchange for Eilam Oaktear)
Staff: 400 drones, 20 security drones, 10 advanced security drones, 5 stealth drones.
Vechicles 1 assimilator class cruiser, 2 spheres, 10 hover-cruisers
Description: The Blackgrue embassy is an imposing spire reaching 34 stories into the air. The black borg-metal structure is used to it's utmost efficiency housing everything from reasonably luxurious diplomatic suites to a cloning facility. It's defences include a pheonix shielding array which would make any infantry-based assault impossible as well as not appearing agressive.
15 - The Intergalatic Empire of New Grunz
Ambassador: Ippokratis Socrates (in exchange for Mush Tearleaf)
Staff: 107 personel, 30 guards, 5 Special Riot Police.
Description: A domed ceiling perched upon 8 massive marble colomns ornamented with various reliefs detailing the heroes of New Grunz. A solid gold door with the laws of New Grunz carved into it sits at the entrance. Upon entering, there is a massive atrium with the lofty ceiling painted with the entire history of New Grunz.
21 - The Grand Dimensional Republica of the Gaian Ascendancy
Staff: 150 personel, 25 Angel Gods, 10 Steel Angels.
Description: A set of geodesic domes and whitesteel structures, no more than a kilometer across total. The entry area is a holographic interface center with architecture of Ascendant design, monicers of angelic and celestial reliefs all over. A Hikari Tree dominates in the center of a life-pool, showering light all within the center.
23 - The Republic of Mondoth
Ambassador: Johnathan Strakes (in exchange for Erythian Stormeye)
Personel: 137 staff and 48 guards. 2 APCs and 3 helicopters.
Description: Our embassy will be a high, Granite structure in a crescent with the open end facing the gate. In the center formed by the crescent will be a ceremonial garden, surrounded by a circle drive to and dominated by a decorative marble fountain. Behind the main structure will be the Helipads and hangar on one side and the barracks for the embassy guards on the other. The APCs will be stored next to the barracks. Under the main building is a secure parking garage with room for three hundred civilian vehicles. The Grounds will be surrounded by a 7ft. Red brick wall with two Iron wroyght gates gilded gold, on inboard of either edge of the crescent.
56 - Arakarian Police Station (example)

Personel: 250 police officers, 100 Arakarian Task Forces personel, 50 civilians. 2 riot police APCs, 2 armed helicopters.
Description: Massive building from red reinforced brick with five above ground floors. Large, red-yellow-blue flag waves on wind in front of well-guarded enterence. Interior look is dominated by yellow walls, many plants and numerous police forces.

Governments that excesively violates civil rights are not welcome. Here's a list of government types that are excluded: Tyranny by Majority, Conservative Democracy, Free Market Paradise, Authoritarian Democracy, Moralistic Democracy, Right-wing Utopia, Psychotic Dictatorship, Iron Fist Consumerists, Corporate Police State.
Exchanging of ambassadors means that we are in state of peace and recognise ourselves us legitimate governments of their people.

OOC: It's based on reality. For me psychics, astral projection, astrology, etc. are no longer a belive. Consider me "been there, seen that, got the scars" type. All scientological arguments are pointless. Because I never wanted to make an uber-powerful army I have weeker conventional forces and limited abilities to mantain palyability for both sides. Any comments are appreciated.
Arakarian Task Forces (further: ATF)
Elite Astral Forces is homeplane's governmental intelligence agency. It uses techniques such as Astral Projection or Remote Viewing to gather data. It isn't perfect. Sometimes psychics see what they want to see. Sometimes they encounter demons or any other manifestation of dark energy. Also, highly advanced force-fields can prevent or at least make it far more difficult to get pass through them.
Other Forces - Arakaria puts its efforts to emphatise quality over quantity. With volunteer military service and high unemployment rate it isn't difficult to have only the best man in the ATF. We have something around 0.1% of population in our forces (10 or 20 times less than standard). On the other side our military is highly advanced.

Same goes with us. We have standard prebuilt embassies or we also have sites for larger custom designed embassies.
We allow to build your own embassy because we don't want to favor our national architecture. You are free to select a number on Dia-Logos Alley from those avaible (1-55), execept those, that are already occupied. We also accept only text descriptions but our biurocrats can make it based on your picture. You can always update it.

The Dominion Is interested in setting up an embassy in the nation of Arakaria. Our Foregin Affairs Minister has dispatched Mr. Grey, and his 20 bodyguards as well as 30 staff members to man the building.
The Embassy itself, built in plot #42, will be a cluster of small, square, concrete buildings. There will be one larger house as well, for Mr. Grey. The other three buildings will be
1) A garrison/armoury/bunker for the Bodyguards
2) An Office building, to handle all the buisness and paperwork that comes up
3) A small, one story, meeting house. The structure holds four meeting rooms and a courthouse.
There will be three vehicles parked in an underground lot below the garrison. One will be a short black car, with (obviously) buletproof glass and renforced sides for the Embassador, one large black van, with the same armour configuration as the car, and a black SUV with a small machine gun mounted in the back, on a turret so the it can fire out the back and both sides.
Also, Foregin Affairs Minister Mr. White extends an offer to you, so that you may construct your own Embassy in Capital City 01, the center of Pudite government.

Staff: 70 personnel, 25 armed guards and 3 unarmed vehicles.
Description: The building has an exteriour of black marble (can be sent with diplomat if needed), with a white "S" in a white triangel on the front. The building is pretty much square, except for a small, triangular shaped part on the back wall. The interiour is for the public areas and meeting halls in white marble, the areas not accessible by other people (sleeping rooms, armory etc.) is made by stainless steel floor to roof.

Staff: Two AI constructs, servicing everything within the building. No armed guard are needed, as Shikria'taith is more than capable of dispatching trouble of any type.
Description: The building is built out of a pure, blinding, light. Entering the building, a typical human would find the light to dim, and the floor to be made out of some impentrable material. The building shape itself changes from day-to-day, depending on what mood the resident Psios is in. The building is heavily defended, with turrets firing energy projectiles from every turn, as well as various floor traps, wall traps, and other non-Tsika (The light the building is constructed of) items, moving freely when the house is being reconstructed.
(OOC: Note the fact that this is dreadfully expensive, but we want to impress our neighbours. We'll be damned if they have a finer house then we do!)
The material the embassy will be constructed out of will arrive with the frigate Statesman.

The entire center however is dedicated to more than just diplomacy. The center is a major portal to essentially everything the Ascendancy Sphere is. The lives of trillions of Ascendancy and allied souls and all they do can be accessed here. All the great works, achievements, history, enemies and more are accessible here. A small HPG-station in the complex can reach over the hundreds of millions of light-years to reach the Ascendancy Sphere, so accessibility is not a problem.
For a small outpost, there is a great power to be had here. The domes and such only give texture, but not depth. The rest is past the hatchway.

Description: It could be told that Draconic Order likes to keep small presences everywhere, but would not commit to something large and easily tarnished. Because of this, the complex is not much more than a simple bunker, going maybe two to three stories under the ground. Crafted of a silvery metal that doesn't seem to reflect any light shined onto it, not even sunlight.
Armament of the guards is minimal, keeping with the combination staff/metal pole-blaster weapons that are the cultural medium for guards.
The Triumvirate of Nili is currently attempting to improve our diplomatic relations with outsiders, and thus will send you one of our ambassadors. We hope this leads to many peaceful diplomatic opportunities in the future.

Staff: 240 staff, 50 guards and 13 student officials from Nili. We will also be stationing 2 transport VTOL's under the complex should the need to travel Arakaria further arise.
Description: A large black pyramid nearly a half kilometer in height resting upon an equally large eight meter high octagon, with a large set of ornate gold door marking the entrance. Surrounding the initial building are eight massive quarter high deep black pillars, which deliver a slight red pulse of energy towards the tip of the pyramid every six hours or so. The grounds lack any sort of discernable offensive implications, though the pyramid itself is coated with numerous forms of shielding to prevent virtually anything short of a military-grade assault on the building.

Our nation has recognized that both Arakria and No Endorse are in the Intergalactic Trade Hub, and that Arakaria wishes tighter relations with No Endorse. Therefore, we would like an embassy in your diplomatic district.

We request permission to place a shuttle landing pad on the top of our facility. If this is allowed, then we will need 10 additional personel, six ground crew and four flight crew.

The Entire embassy is enclosed within an energy dome and it moves to an orbital position to board a waiting ship at the request of the Arakaria goverment, which appears to be closing it's borders to everyone. Their Ambassador is returned safely with no ill feelings. He bears a single message to his superiors:
If you wish for us to return you have only to ask.
The ship fades away into non-existance.

At the request of Arkarian government, an embassy will be establishedat slot number 25.
The entire embassy will be underground and staffed entirely by Slivers headed by one Overlord Sliver.
The breeds will be as follows:
25 Synapse Slivers.
25 Mnemonic Slivers.
25 Spectral Slivers. (Note, these Slivers appear as ghosts, and among Slivers are believed to be the spirits of dead slivers.
12 Winged slivers
12 Space Slivers.
One Overlord Sliver.
Slivers do not have names, because they have never needed names.
The Hive shall extend the same heighth of the building underground, and the building shall be converted to a park for local children to play in, and frolic with the Slivers, for Warhaven Slivers are naturally friendly, and wish no being harm. Slivers also enjoy basking in the sun, and frolicing in it. The winged amd space Slivers will only fly if an escape is necessary.

The Embassy will be made of unimpressive Gray stone. It shall appear as a Temple to The Dark God Kajeenith. All of Kajeenith's Temples are fortresses, thus the proper term for the building is, was, and always will be, Temple-Fortress. No Decorations will appear on the outside.
It shall be headed by a Man known only as Ydloob Redrum.
The rest shall be Lowly Clerics of Kajeenith, preaching the Dark Gospels to anyone and everyone who will listen.
Anyone who ventures in will hear the screams of those tortured in the lower parts of the Temple. Anyone who wishes to have someone tortured, feel free to contact me.

Snake Eaters requests a plot neighbouring that of the Warhaven embassay. This is to aid relations between our two nations. At the same time, avoiding the Kajeenith embassay is of utmost importance. This nation has a history of conflict against Snake Eaters that we are unwilling to forgive. Having studied the map, it appears that plot 24 is avliable? If this is the case, then this is what we request.

Needs: Snake Eaters' all have nanites within their bloodstream. These cannot affect others, and are designed as a security system. It is a form of biometrics, but can be used to control SE technology and also as a form of communication.
