Prime Minister George Mainwaring, restored to power after his successor was unable to clean-up the nuclear mess that George had created in his first term, replies with a hearty affirmative, "Rather!" and a slap on the back of his Foreign Minister, from whom he'd received the Panglossian question.
Minister for Foreign Affairs Baron Alan Thunder-ten-tronckh, coughing slightly as the portly premier struck his diminutive frame, was less convincing in transmitting Mainwaring's reply... later... when he was done calming the Togoland governor's concerns over ethnic terrorism in the territory and assuring Walmingtonian New Yorkers that it was good to glow in the dark, certainly now that the war was over.
In short, Walmington doesn't know.
