If anyones interested in a vampire rp post your character in this thread. This thread is based around the self-proclaimed vampire princes struggles against the current leader of Draconis Nightcrawlis, the rightful heir to the Draconian throne, vampire hunters and his own destiny.

I'm looking for vampire characters. No one seems to play them outside of Assington Vampires anymore.

Hmmm... I haven't done a vampire thing in a while. Is there any history I should be aware of before coming up with a character?

Drusilia seperated from her sire some years ago after his successful guidance through her fledgling state. She appears young, no more than perhaps 17 years of age but her mind is much older as she was turned some time ago. She was enslaved and abused as a human child before Marius' rescue, which has fueled a bitter hatred for all non-vampires.

A dhampir, a child born to a vampire and human. In popular culture Blade and Rayne from Bloodrayne are both Dhampirs.

Born among vampires thought raised by humans, his mother died half-way throught his fifth year. Killed his first vampire on his 16th birthday, and has continued to hunt vampires in a quest to find his father, driven by an urge commonly found among Dhampir to slay thier vampiric progenitor.

The only vampires he would kill are those who attack him first and those of his fathers clan. Your clan/group has nothing to worry about.

I'd have expected a greater reaction from the vampires, as dhampir tend to be vampire hunters, hunting all clans of vampire, they wouldn't know he was only a limited hunter.

Dhampir hunters aren't really that much of a problem in DN, it's the human hunters that are.

So little experiance with dhampir hunting vampires then?

Well there is the odd case but it's rare.

Oh BTW Theo, should mention that holy water, crosses and other Christian things that in legends harm vampires don't actually have any effect on Draconian vampires. Silver can paralyse them, stakes to the heart kills, sunlight kills except for ancient vampires that take alot more exposure to sunlight to kill. Garlic repulses them, just like it does with some people :D

The clan he's hunting is effected by holy water thought, part of the reason he's carrying it, also he has a silver coated dagger, that's primarily used on WWolves.

Hence why he knows Victor isn't from around there.

On the way, he killed whom every, he ran into, for blood. Landed on a black planet with an ancient Sith temple on it. Was trained was 10,000 years before he killed his master and took over his master's ship. Now, he just flies around the galaxy looking for easy blood.
Other info: Has nano-bots running through his body and has mutant powers. Manipulate magnetic currents to gain total control over all forms of electromagnetism, allowing him to levitate and manipulate all objects made of metal, project concussive blasts and force fields, selectively generate heat and electricity, manipulate bloodflow to the brain to cause aneurysms or unconsciousness, and increase his power to absorb cold and electricity. He will use them over his dark Jedi powers.

Picture of the Count's armor has been added. Nobody want to talk to the Count in the Red Crow.

I haven't fleshed out the character completely yet, but I want her to be Marius' companion from the beginning of anyone's rememberance of Marius. Her name would be Aeschia. No last name. She would be traveling with Marius at all times (like husband and wife for eternity).

She appears to be about 26, but is eons old, as is Marius, who turned her shortly after he was turned.

I have to admit, I don't know the difference between Draconian or other vampires. Perhaps you could explain that, if it's relavent.

I haven't come up with a particular REASON for her and Marius (who I suppose I would also play) to show up except to be looking for family, possibly, or a clan thang, or anger at the one referring to himself as "King of Vampires".

I'll give you a description soon. I'm a bit ill right now, so thinking isn't my forte'.

Please TG me and let me know what you think. Trust me, I will come up with a reason to be there.

Hype I love it. But I knew I should have picked a different name for my sire... He's such a far cry from Ann Rice's Marius. :p

My Marius isn't much like the other "Marius's" I've read about. He's older (Not looking), and a bit more powerful. He is to have sired Drusila after Aeschia, and they looked on her as a daughter for a time.

I just want to remind people that if you plan on bringing in extra people to run them by me in this thread first.

I've seen the pub called the "Red Cow" and the "Red Crow". "Crow sounds correct, but I believe the first spelling was "Cow".

You will only have to deal with Count JWolf. Edgar Hart is on the Count's main ship a LY away for the planet.

You don't have to go to that extreme. Just follow how the rest of us got into Caer Chan Caddug. As long as you control only your characters everythings fine.

The way I see your nation is a cross between medieval and modern with a splash of Japenese in it.
