Goblinball is the national sport of, get this, Blood Moon Goblins.
It vaugly resembles (American) football, but the ball is filled with high explosives and there are fewer rules.
There are 12 members to a team (plus reserves).

Are there any requirments for who can be on a team?

The team is deterimned by your nation, you can pick whoever you want.
