As Spokesperson for the Constitutional Monarchy of the Kingdom of Scotland, I have been commanded by the King to seek aid from the world.
The King, the Government, and the People wish to be sucessful in the world. Do any of the Nation Leaders have any advice on how to achieve this. We are a small country with no allies, but seek out new friends.
