Meilongistan

In brief:
For years in the past the Black Heart Trust has been a secretive society. They have hidden in the shadows on the fringes of society and manipulated the worth through questionable means. No longer.
With the uprising of Meilongistan the BHT has fallen into the publics eye. The underworld has been thrown into stark contrast under the burning glare of the political spotlight. The phoenix has risen from its ashes.
Over the years the BHT has known many names. In the past there has been the Mafia, the Yakuza, Triads and a menagerie of other unscrupulous groups of individuals. But they have not thought on a large enough scale. That has changed.
Jay Shaw lead his guerilla troops into the capitol and stormed the presidential palace. The BHT forces annihilated the old regime with little effort and siezed control of the nation from the old government.
The military thought to strike back, but as more and more splinter cells broke away to the BHT the hopes of recapturing the nation dwindled and were eventually snuffed like a flickering candle in the wind.
Once the nation was secured Jay Shaw placed himself at the head of the government and declared martial law, that is, after renaming the country to Meilongistan. Anarchy quickly took a hold and the BHT flourished.
Jay Shaw's words still echo through the restless dreams of his countrymen;
"With lethargy angels voices sing into devils ears of sin. Whereunto our lives shall end, leaving razen earth to mend."
Those simple words that brought an entire nation to its knees. Those words that converted the Jews to Hindus and the Bhuddists to Catholics and all to chaos.
Now in the open however, the Black Heart Trust have begun advertising openly and even demanded a position within the UN. Are their advertisements for a safe, productive, strong and prosperous nation true or an act of desperation to strengthen their position?
Nevertheless, posters depicting Jay Shaw and a number of military-type people have begun appearing across the globe, posted in the areas of lower social standing and areas ripe with crime.
