"The Empire of The Iron Fish has noted recently, via our low Earth orbit satellites, that there is increased activity by various nations and regions in space. While The Iron Fish has, for some time, been interested in venturing out into the unknown that is space we have be unable to develop the means to do so, because of our fragile economy and sub-standered machinery. While our machinery is, even as we speak, being re-invented and refined, we still lack the economic power to leave orbit.
We have only been able to launch small, technologically unadvanced satellites into low Earth orbit.
We wish to send an observer into orbit, on a nearby space station to conduct social and scientific experiements.
Any nation which would be willing to bring this observer onto a station should contact the IFSEP (Iron Fish Space Exploration Program) via the IIA (Iron Intelligence Agency.)"
Spokesperson for the IFSEP.

Whilst we have no Earth Orbital Stations, we are willing to divert a ship for your needs to Terra for the duration of this venture. Also, we are willing to aid you in your moves into the cosmos.

If you wish, such a position could be made avaliable in the Torontonian Horizon Station, it is the largest and most widely used of all the Torontonian Space Program Stations, it used mainly for research and experimentation so it would fit in nicely with the needs of your observer. Subjects for Observation can be supplied if needed.

"Of course, our aim is to build our own orbital space station that we can use for observational and scientific purposes. However, our first aim is to aquire a vessel. Perhaps you have some vessels that you currently do not need or use? We would be willing to pay a reasonable amount for them. Any vessels fitted with weapons would, of course, be valued higher."
Spokesperson for the IFSEP.

We have vessels that can be supplied to you. As is standard policy, all vessels are equipped with weaponry capable of defending said vessels against a multitude of threats

The TSP is unable to loan any ships to your nation at the moment. However, the station is equipted with several different shuttles who's capacity ranges from ten to one hundred. However, I would recomend you work out some sort of deal with Snake Eaters, as they seem to be more prepared to offer you a ship. However, when time comes that you need to observe life on a station, The Horizon will still be there waiting for you.
