Ban of Death Penalty Bill(Bill 632-120B). Passed by the Holy Paradisian Congress and signed by the President of Holy Paradise
Henceforth from this date, April 29th, 2005(R.L. Calendar), on, the most severe punishment in the land, the death penalty, is banned. All prisoners currently on Death Row shall instead be isolated from Holy Paradise, and forced into hard labor. The bill has been passed by a vote of 432 to 68. This bill excludes non-Holy Paradisians and domestic/foreign terrorists, in which the judicial branch reserves the right to sentence the convicted to capital punishment.
