We are the brothers of peace, the wielders of truth. We have fought for years to posess the power we now control. Now it is our time to spread the light to the masses. We have killed, and will kill again; the ends justify the means. For it is with the guiding hand of The Dragon that we set forth into the bloodstained world in effort to bring universal peace.

All across our glorious lands, men and women are joining the cause. We have risen up, and will rise up again to unite our global Brotherhood. We believe the lowest among us will inherit the planet. Where there is peace, there once was blood. Now is the time to make the world bleed.
