As Un delegate and representive of the region of Manderville, I am here to ask all leaders of small regions that feel that their voice is not being heard, to join together and form a large alliance that will protect each other (RP) and share infomation. This would be a serious, active alliance with representives of all sorts. The only small problem we would have, is that at the moment, it is proving very hard to find a forum of sorts....
