Cryl looked at his wife, her sleeping form sprawled on the bed. He smiled, putting his tail sheaths back along the sensative muscules. He smiled, rubbing one against her bare tail. She stirred, her smile one of plesure.

"Husband, we have spent the whole night making love" She said softly. "Do we intend to spend the day as well?"

"I don't know" He said mockingly. "I was just admiering you, like I did before we married."

"And Bless the Trinity we did." She said softly. Before falling into his embrace once more.

They lay in each others arms two hours later, both breathless. "Darling, I would love to stay, but my duty calls. I have already left it long enough." She hit him. "Not that you where not worth it, quite the oposite, but I have other duties."

"Very well," She said her left shoulder tail holding onto his leg as he walked off.

Cryl walked into the office, his tall form moving smoothly along. “Report Bonio” He said to his Secretary.

“Sir, you are going to want to look at it.” He said in a worried tone. Cryl crossed over, before he took up the chip and put it in his eye. It was like a contact lense, he put it on and watched the stream of data. He watched the battle unfold, from the view of another, he looked on in horror, this could become bad.

“Get me Valius and Comrian.” He said softly. “And send out a message for any others skilled in the art of hunting.” He spoke in worried tones. “Or anything else.”

Valius removed his fangs from the neck of the victum, his tails pinning the other Cryhiathans parts in a death imbrace. While not illegal, the acts of the Vampire where frowned apon. HE was far from a traditional vampire, he could generally pass off as a Normal Cryhiathan unless he was feeding. That was when the officer found him.

“Up to old tricks again Valius?” He said in a voice that spoke of a massive joke. “Well, Cryl wants you back”

“Oh does he know?” Came the harsh voice. “What happened, he break his finger?”

“There is evidence of a summoning in one of the exteror villages.” He said with no hint of a joke.

“I thought the Darkness had been banished seventy Galatic years before the fall.” he said quickly. “Trinity Protect us, we are not strong enough for another war.”

“That’s why you and Comrian, as well as anyone else we can find, are going to make sure nothing happens to make them return.” He spoke seriously. “Are you in or out?”

“In, no doubt.” He spoke without any problems. “I will not have them return.”

“Good.” The other said smiling.

Comrian sat meditating, his bionics gleaming while his flesh gleamed with its oil covering. His eyes snapped open, and he had two machine guns pointed at the officer who entered. “Cornilius” he said simply.

“Comrian” Cornilius replied laughing. “Put away your weapons, your closer to the news, I assume you know?”

“Yes, the return, just like Mokra promised, although he would not be the one behind this.”
“No, we assume he is dead, but can not be posative. We need you to make sure there is nothing wrong, along with any other of the lesser races who we recurt as well.” He nodded. “Sorry, but the lesser races need to be brought into it, or we may not surrvive.”

“I have no problem, it’s Valius I am worried about.” Comrian said.

“Don’t, you will be their to watch him” Said Cornilius in a humorus tone.

Hlar, External Minister of Cryhiathva

The Guilds are interested in taking this contract. We require a large amount of investment into our operations if we are to continue our pre-hibernation endeavors. The Guilds would be interested in providing a team of specialized Omar whom were designed to eliminate specific targets and also work on surveillance of small amounts of targets. We wish to inquire further on what exactly the scope of the mission is before we enclose information on the Omar that will perform your required service under our coordination.

OOC Single or group, doesn't matter, but you have to have one MAIN character, because their will be nine characters who will be givin Talismans which will make a Ward.

IC Omar Guils, one strong hunter will be sufficiant, the nature of the mission is extreamly importent, we are going to be stopping the Reimergance the Darkness of Geometric Forces, which have not been in this plane since before the birth of Manith ((Earth)) The Darkness are powerful, but we can supply means to make them nothing more then a large group of enemies.

The Guilds will accept the contract, however, we will send as proposed a team of Omar to complete the objective. The Guilds do not wish to endanger Omar Survival, and thus, to fufill all purposes the team of Omar will be sent. We do not complete objectives individually, as that is inefficient and centric to the skill of one, rather than the efficiency of the combined whole.

"So these thar Cryhiathvans are looking for some hunters to take down critter. Well they came to the right man." said the man in the cockpit of the Wolf. Vavin Kevit was a highly skilled hunter of anything and rarely hunted anything that didn't hunt back. "Wolf, send a message to these yokels to sign me up."

To the nation of Cryhiathva, we will be coming to take part in this hunt. We shall be arriving in about 8 to 10 hours depending on traffic and spatial weather.

The message found Major Iyanna Fayde relaxing in her personal quarter within the Ministry of the Occult's primary command citadel. By human standards, she appeared to be an attractive young woman, but with elegantly pointed ears, it was obvious that she was elven rather than human. Iyanna was not exactly what you might have envisioned as one of the deadliest assassins in the Imperium, but that was what she was none the less.

Her relaxation was interrupted by the buzz of the wall mounted intercom panel. The voice that projected from the speaker had a certain artificial sound that came from long range etheric transmissions.

"Major, I think I've found a job you might be interested in."

Iyanna rose from her lounge chair, walking to the comm panel.

"What is it?"

The voice responded.

"The Cryhiathvans have something that needs to die. Sounds like your specialty. The job's worth one hundred million credits, best pay I've seen in a long time. So, are you interested?"

Iyanna smiled to herself. One hundred million credits could go a long way in the Imperium; enough to give her a century or so without worrying about funds.

"Absolutely. We need to arrange for travel aboard an FTL capable ship."

The voice's reply came quickly.

"I've already arranged passage aboard the battlecruiser Hammer of Sorrow. They will be departing in a day for a long range patrol that will pass relatively near our destination. Pack your bags, we're going hunting."

OOC I will assume all of those people are here, I really need to get this along.

IC Cryl looked over the room, noticing the full Squad of Cryhiathans, as well as a number of Forigners.

"Hello and Welcome" He said adressing those before him. "I am Cryl, the Internal Minister"

"And a damn annoyance" Valius said with a hint of mirth in his voice.

"Yes yes, now, some of you may be wondering why you are here. Well, we are going on a Daemon Hunt." He pressed a button on the pannel before him, and he looked grimly at the satalight picture. It was of a grassy feild, with a town in the middle. The Town looked like something straight out of a medieval feild, with the primitive wooden huts, however, erected in the middle of it was a circial, which looked like it was made of a pool of blood. "That is a sacrificial circial, a way that the Geometric Forces of Darkness can escape their own realm. We now know from these images that their are daemons out their, the problem is, we don't know where" He pressed another button, and it showed a map of a fairly large area. "They could have spread anywhere within this place, we are not sure if they are massing in one location, or trying something else." He sighed, looking at them. "I am asking for questions now, afterwards I will tell you the proper procedure to take down these creatures."

"I have a question" Comrian said. "How long they been here?"

"Our reports show three months at least." He said sadly.

"Good, that leaves us with at the very least one Ward worth of Half formed Daemons" Valius swore. "Well, questions people, but make it quick."

There was a contingent of Omar that stood in a need formation, quietly confering with themselves through their internal communication systems that were interlinked in their cranial area through nano-augmentations. They examined their mission and the Coordinator began to devise the tactics to be used. The entire recovery team was made up of one Coordinator, three Protectors, a Technician, and one of the rare Specter caste, specializing in stealth technology. Considering the nature of the mission, there might have been a need for a Kehaoti, but that experiment had not been completed as of yet. Thus, the Coordinator nodded after confering with the Technician. The Omar synthesized its voice, the deep and mechanical rumbling in a dialect that hopefully would be understood by Cryl, one that would be common for the sector.

"We have insufficient information on the nature of these 'daemons', and will require more knowledge of the physiology and other characteristics if we are to successfully eliminate this threat. A simple data file would be sufficient, and we will confer this into our memories as soon as allowed, but if we can have a verbal briefing, the Guilds would appreciate it."

Iyanna stood slightly back from the others, silently observing. Two heavily armed soldiers, appearing to be mercenaries, accompanied her. Little could be seen of the elf besides her face, her form being hidden within a hooded black cloak. When the cloak shifted, she seemed to be wearing a form-fitting suit of dark gray armor. It was not of a medieval style, looking more like a powered military exo-armor than anything ancient.

At the mention of demons, Iyanna drew in close to Cryl, taking interest. She closed her bright green eyes for a moment, remembering her last encounter with their kind. It had been almost a century since the Demonic Invasion, a single day and night of bloodshed and destruction when hundreds of demons tore through the Imperium's capital city. She had served on the front lines of that war, and knew well enough the deadliness of the foes they would be facing. As she studied the map of the region, a question came to mind.

"Demons tend to go after the souls of the living, so I was wondering if there any population centers in this region where they might gather to feed?"
Cryhiathva
03-05-2005, 11:18
Cryl nodded to Iyanna and sighed. "Yes, far to many, these are not those normal daemons others may have encountered, these have not been seen since fifty Galatic Years before the gret stasis. ((The great Stasis is about the time earth first became a sphere.)) They are different, we checked population zones, but only the origin point was abanodoned, this sheads more light on the subject, because if the daemons had made a large number of fully morphed, they would need to feed, however, my knowlage of the subject is limited, so I will be handing this over to Valius." He nodded before leaving the stage. Valius stood, his face gone dark.

"Right, these are not any daemons you people would know about," He said without remorse. "Their is a reason you are getting payed so much, this is a major infestation. You will have to surrender your weapons, they will be useless. Silver will be the only useful weapon, or bullets with a mark of the trinity. Also, the Daemons are fast, they will be able to get behind you very quickly, so if they stand still for a second, SHOOT THEM!" He sighed. "Use close combat if nessersary, they are harder pressed when you are up close to them, lets see, if it is full daemon, just call, and a Vampire, just RUN!" He looked at them. "Those are rules, not suggestions, now, lets get going please. I don't want to have to wake up Vakinus."

"So your saying them thar demonies could stand up to this," Vavin said as he gestured with his gun.

"But if they be as fast as you say they be, what's the point of running? They just catch up and kill you." said Daniel. "At least if we fight them we have a chance at killing them before we be saying farewell."

At the mention of the demon's resistance to conventional weapons, Iyanna frowned. It wasn't that she hadn't expected it, having had experience using silver bullets on all manner of supernatural foes over the centuries, but she had been hoping to try out explosive rounds in her auto-pistols. The elf turned to one of the mercenaries accompanying her.

"Return to the ship and get my silver nitrate canister rounds."

She turned back to Cryl, gracefully drawing a meter long sword. Its blade was of shining mithril steel, becoming wreathed in arcing electrical flame as it left its sheath. Iyanna smiled wickedly.

"Do you think this should work against demons in close combat?"
Cryhiathva
04-05-2005, 07:10
Valius Smiled. "Because, you will be near me, and if you run, I can take care of the thing." He then turned to Iyanna and took the blade, pulled out something and marked the weapon. "Yes, it shall, now, any more questions, or shall we get moving?"
Akaton

Iyanna returned the sword to its sheath as one of her attendant soldiers returned from their ship with a case specialized silver ammunition. She took the case and proceeded to load a pair of large automatic pistols with the shining bullets. The guns were obviously custom built, with a thirty round, front loading magazine running parallel to the underside of the barrel, which accommodated non-standard 13.7mm ammunition. As the elf finished loading the guns, the rotary mechanism inside them automatically chambered a round with a clicking sound. Iyanna holstered the guns and turned back to Valius.

"I'm ready when you are."

OOC Akaton, you would be talkin to Valius.

IC Valius nodded, before moving out to the transport. It was a large craft, able to hold fifty men comforably. Smiling he jumped in the main deck, Conrian right behind.

"Anyone wanting to risk their lives for money, hop on" He shouted over his shoulder as Con started up.

Iyanna looked back to the two mercenaries accompanying her, who silently nodded. As the elf spoke, her eyes flashed bright green.

"Anything for money. I've always said that life is cheap, but there is good money in ending it."

She followed Valius to the transport, her cloak flowing dramatically around her dark gray armor.

The ship took off, its long form moving swiftly through the air. They crossed the city, which from above looked like a massive white Circal. The ship moved on, moving into the lower atmospheare, before going higher up.

An hour later, the ship droped down, and reneted at a reasonable altitude. Valius smiled and looked back.

"Drop slowers on" He said putting a small circal on his back. "We are in Daemon controled territory, they could throw lots of things at us" Even as he spoke, the middle of the floor dissapered, although it didn't look like cut marks. Valius paled, just as the right wing ceased to exist...
