Fox News, Allanea - Good morning, Allanea!
"Today you will finally receive our election results. The vote count is over. First of all, Richard Blix has won the election, getting 65% of the popular vote. Not only that, but his party, the Republicans, have received overwhelmin popular support in all polls. In the Senate, they won 11 of the 20 seats that were up for grabs this year, giving them 31 Senatorial seats in total. The remainder are shared between Democrats, with ten seats, Libertarians with 18 seats, and ANHTAI, which is a local party in Hash that own exactly one Senate seat.
In Congress the Republicans won about 600 seats of the 1,600 that were up for it. In totaly, they now hold 1,800 seats in the House, which does not give President Blix the control he would need. The Democrats were hit badly, lowering their total to only 1,000 seats in the House of Representatives. The Libertarians have increased their control to 1,200 seats, and, amazingly, various local Hashi parties now control 155 seaTS. I don't know what this means yet, but I say, Martha, thank the good Lord for limited speaking times in the House."
"Yea, George, I think they are going to argue forever as it is anyway."
And now, for the Presidential Inauguration address.

"Friends. Citizens. Allaneans.
As you know, I have pretty large shoes to fill here. I am not even going to try."
He coughs painfully, folding in his wheelchair. When he looks at the screen again, his eyes have an expression of pain in them.
"Alexander Kazansky made Allanea what it is. A great nation. A nation of freemen. I don't need to do that - it's already done. Now, all I need to do is to protect the Allaneans citizens, their liberty, life, and property. The Allaneans will do the rest."
He pauses, inspecting for a moment the blood on his handkerchief.
"May God Bless Allanea"
