This will be the official thread where you can nominate a country to be represented on the nine-seat NS International Olympic Committee Executive Council. There will be eight spots available, as I am already on it as the founder. The Executive Council is basically the highest form of authority in the NSIOC, but do not ultimately decide the host nation/city of each version of the games. The authority of deciding that will rest with a general council made up of around 80-100 countries, based on, but not limited to, the findings of a venue evaluation team.
Rules and tips of the nomination process
Another country must nominate you; you can't nominate yourself
That nomination has to be seconded by another country, meaning there will be two (2) nominations for you
The nominee must then accept the nomination for the process to complete and the nation to be a candidate for the Executive Council.
Don't nominate a country because of their popularity, do it based on their commitment to and experience with sporting RPs.
After we have a suitable number of nations for candidacy, a vote will take place and the countries with the eight highest poll results will get the spots on the Executive Council.
