LE has a good point, if put a little harshly, but such is his bluntness.
There are no arguements from anyone about you running a tournament, but check out the other threads, see how it is done. Prepare. It's all done very professionally, and there is no reason why yours should be any less so.
I hope this post doesn't sound like moaning...........
