Austar Union

Standing on the great bows of Ravenspire, Riddick began to squint just as the sunlight rose on the horizon, instantly beginning a new day, of which the colder temperates would rise, and the workers would serve their masters to exhaustion. This day, for now was like every other. The waters were calm, and its constant lapping on the beaches of this island-like facility were like a rythem, a drum. And since one could consider it a drum, they could also consider it somewhat like the region itself, which was under a state of constant warfare, under the influence of the beating drums of war, if you like. Whether this drum was as constant and predictable as one would think, was up to questioning, and if anyone was to rattle the chains of this region, it would be Riddick.
In the distance, a siren marked the beginning of the new shift, of which the workers of the night would stop for rest, and the workers of daybreak would begin. Just for a few minutes, the island's own defenses were lower than they usually were, for it was under a state of reforming organisation. Still, as one could try, they would still have difficulty, for the central computers still monitered the constant surroundings, which were changing from time to time. Able to moniter individual people as far as Feline to the east, and almost to the Democratic Underground region to the west, it had a tracking system so high-tech, one would be braindead to assume an approach could go unnoticed. Shipping, both civillian and military were tracked via an intricate network of island sensors, and a series of smaller, yet effective buoys which had been strategically placed around the region. And all of this network, was complete with three geostationary satellites, orbiting over the region. As a hotbed of action, it was wise to understand every inch of Haven. And if something was happening, these men and Riddick would be the first to know, probably more than those involved themselves.
In the meantime, the Reports which Riddick had asked for were completed and filed into an easy to find location, where he could pull up any information with simple efficiency. Activity levels within the region had increased enormously within the region over the past few decades, and it didnt even take a vast network of sensors to realise that. And much of that could be contributed to the introduction of just a few into the region's own politics, and perhaps also, the ultimate collapse of the now defunct, UnAPS alliance. Although it may have been an alliance of substandards, it could be said that much of its success was to keep the region as a whole united under one common cause and banner. There may have been words of bitter, but there never really was fighting like this, not until the likes of Allanea verses the regional alliance. Perhaps, something newer needed to be formed, rather than just a hall of meeting. It seemed, that people were more likely to respect an idea of unification, rather than an alliance, which would probably be disregarded at its very mention.
Yes, a dream had been envisioned a few weeks previously, and Riddick was eager to share. In his dream, the region of Haven, was simply the shards of a broken glass, dropped since the Allanean war, and since the collapse of UnAPS. Each of these shards, would cut into the wounds of others, and stick like a prickle, as stubborn as a bull with its horns held tight. But in the dream, these shards had grown to not just fight a general intruder, much rather they had grown to fight each other. When the clouds had darkened, and the shards in their most bloody hour had conceded defeat to one another, along came one, and that was Riddick himself. Collecting the shards of glass, he bound one by one each piece together, until finally the original glass structure had been recompleted. And that was the end of his dream.
And so, sending a message of envisionment, he had decided to share what he could see and understand for the entirety of Haven, if not perhaps at least a good portion of it. Some ground rules would need to be established, but Riddick knew that leaders of Haven would have the decency to put their own indifferences aside for the discussion of something so honorable, and for the envisionment of something greater for their own sake.

Friends, I grow weary when I hear the news of another battle, of another death, another assasination in my new home, the region of Haven. And I am sure, for those willing to assume the responsibility of millions, perhaps billions of lives, they also grow tired when they hear of the people suffering underneath the boots of just a minority. Afterall, since when did the minority control enough power to direct the affairs, and foriegner's perspective on you, and your national homeland?
Considerably, I could claim to be safe here at the Austarian Outpost, on Ravenspire. However I choose to be aware for the welfare of others, so that others are aware of the welfare of myself. And when you truly understand me, you will claim that to gain a little, one must give a little, just a little. Anyhow, I am rambling, and much of this message has been wasted already. Please consider this telegram as an invitation to Ravenspire, where the dreams are kept safe from condemnation, free from conspiracy, and free from the persecution from even Hades himself. Here, we will meet to discuss what I would consider, a path of peace for the region of Haven.
I envision so much more potential, I envision a Haven filled with silence, a lack of gunfire. And so you are invited, to a conference dedicated to the peace, to the name, and to the welfare of your people. Dont let another man die tommorow.
As A Brother,
Riddick
