The transition government of Nomansia (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/target=display_nation/nation=nomansia) was formed 4 hours ago, and would like to greet the world through this announcement.
The transition government is now led by Mr. J. Qwinth, and we temporarily refuse all trades request until all the main structures of the transition government is formed.
As Nomansia is a peace-loving state, and is part of the Laputa (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=410111) composition, we decided to refuse ANY kind of weapons offer at the moment, though the Laputa (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=410111) itself didn't restrict weapon trade.
The news of the transition government will be announced here, so come back frequently if you don't want to miss the chance to trade or be our alliance.
Nomansia diplomacy officer

The transition government of Nomansia have just started the following departments:

The Executive Council
Headed by the State's Chancellor, Mr. J. Qwinth

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. B. Chevall

The Ministry of Trade and Finance
Headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ms. C. Watson

The Ministry of Defence and Intelligence
Headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. M. Hara

In addition, the National Technology Development Laboratory was built to develop new technologies for the state development. It was now temporarily under the direct administration of the State's Chancellor until another new department responsible for the administration is formed.


As we already set up The Ministry of Trade and Finance, we now accept all approachs of trade expect weapons.
