Laputa is originally from Mr Hayao Miyazaki's greate animation film, "Laputa: The Castle in the Sky". In the NationStates, Laputa is a region up far in the sky and is (will be) a wonderland for those new commers of the NationStates who like peace, just like me. In Laputa, we make new commers become important representatives in the NS world by making our decisions together in the UNITED NATIONS, and we will elect a new leader to represent us every certain period of time.
