Minister for Technical Development, Dr. Pierre Vollard, announced today that the nation of Northern Congo plans to develop an equitorial rocket launch center in partnership with an intrested nation. "I feel that, due to our position on the equator, Northern Congo provides the ideal launch site for orbital spacecraft. " The minister went on to say that any interested nations should telegraph Northern Congo immediately to discuss terms.
