"Today, Xarcabard celebrates 1 billion citizens. The 1 billionth baby was born this morning at 3:42 am, and weighed a healthy 5 pounds, 12 ounces. The little one's name is Cicero, and will be blessed by the Pontifex Maximus. Celebration parties will be held tonight at 8:00 pm on the capital streets in Tetreus Balus, and the parents will be saying a few words in acknowledgement of this great achievment of Xarcabard. Thank you All."
