Greetings delegates and dignitaries, I am Secretary York, Press Secretary for Premier Velaris of our great Republic of Ghorunda. After years of internal strife, we have finally banded together to form this great Republic. We are a well to do, if not small country at the moment, and our key concept of mandatory military service for youths has proven very adventageous in keeping crime down. We are a moralistic democracy, so be forwarned, all you would-be tourists, if some of the locals give you a strage look for going against the norm. But again, we are just announcing ourselves on the international scene. So from the Office of the Premier, and the entire citizenry of Ghorunda, greetings!
